- * Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Kg of Scallion Heads or Spring Onion
- 1 tablespoon of Salt
- 3/5 CUP of sugar = 150 grams of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of Vinegar
- 6 CUP of water = 1500 ml of water
- We pickle for 3-4 days.
- After we fermented for 4 days.
