Sitting here today with my brows not done. I have bangs/fringe too, Jan. If I'm staying home or just running a quick errand, I dont do my brows. I bet no one notices my brows since they barely peek through my bangs. Same, Gemma! I always curl my lashes before mascara. Loved this Mum/Daughter wonderful video. Well I went shopping and stopped off at Superdrug. Got the foundation, eyeliners, lip pencil and lipstick, gloss and I did get the MUA Invisible Silk Powder, which is a very fine white powder and it feels silky on the skin. I saved so much swapping to these affordable ranges.
Lol I am with your mum on the brushes, I am in my 70s and I am a little crusty myself. Nothing wrong with being crusty and I’m from a generation we didn’t have brushes back in the day lol enjoyed seeing your video, y’all are beautiful ladies.

I am 69 I live in California and I absolutely love this video. I have a really hard time with make up now that I’m this age. I have fairly good skin and a great skin care routine and I tend to just wear lipstick and sunscreen. this video has helped me a lot, I love your mom‘s personality. We would get along great I too will not use a brush unless it’s pristine and clean. I was a Hairdresser in my youth and that’s why my utensils are always washed. It was a habit I picked up years ago from being a Hairdresser always using clean brushes,and tools… great video!

I have trouble getting eyelash curlers to fit and to not pinch me. I have both Shueimera and Shiseido and i still have problems. I usually use self curling mascaras instead. I just receuved a heated curler. It does not fit around the eyebones, you just hold it un derneath the lashes as you move it upwards. I havent tried it yet. I understand your mom's feelings about cutling.

I went for a procedure recently And just put on a tinted SPF and powder. I never would’ve gotten away with that prior to using the ordinary products for several years, I credit listening to your expertise for that. Thank you very much!

Yes, PLEASE do a glam look for Jan! IMO it’s much harder to pull that off on my mature skin, especially because I don’t do it all the time!

I use that mascars and dont curl my lashes either. People usually think i have false lashes on its that good.
