    I implement blueberries. Whenever DOMS becomes a factor, I implement blueberries, and I deploy them into my face hole for maximum effectiveness. Proper utilization of blubes is critical to prevention of DOMS. ALPHA TEAM BLUEBERRY, DEPLOY DEPLOY

    years ago i worked in a warehouse and they fired 3 days later. My first day it was a lot of physical work. The next day i could barely move. I was in terrible pain. So they fired me. Now before i start a very physically intensive job i try to workout the most i can days before.

    1:05 1:58 Misconception 1: It's oxidative stress issue, not muscle trauma issue.
    2:13 Misconception 2: You don't have to get sore to improve
    2:47 Misconception 3: Soreness is not because of lactic acid.
    3:15 Solution 1: blueberries
    4:43 Solution 2: omega-3
    6:06 Solution 3: curcumin/turmeric

      Great video content! Excuse me for the intrusion, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you researched - Chireetler Muscle Array Rule (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a good one of a kind product for learning how to get ripped abs without the hard work. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my mate after many years got amazing results with it.

    I lift weights to failure and that's when I feel the pain later.
    When I don't lift to failure, I don't feel the pain. NO PAIN NO GAIN!

    One of the best videos I've seen on TH-cam. Thank you! Doms is the bane of my life, I am extremely unfit and unmotivated and have a low pain threshold. I love the gym when I'm there but have a real block to going because Doms ruins my life, it effects everything I do and my work. I keep trying to go back to exercising and keep stopping due to the pain.

    • @Johnny-kr7tq
      @Johnny-kr7tq 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It sounds like you may be overdoing it when you go back to exercising. Instead of going super hard and then having to take time off to recover, trying focusing on doing a little of something every day and slowly increasing your level of activity so that you don't get discouraged by the DOMS. :)

    This worked, I made me a cup full of blueberries with some Vit D milk (as I only had frozen) and a handful of walnuts within 10 mins or so I am no longer feeling as sore. I had woke out of my sleep in unbearable pain, didn’t want to take ibuprofen as I have been taking too much as of late so THANK YOU Thomas this saved me! 😭❤️

    So blueberries, turmeric, and omega 3 after HIIT workout?

  • @samuelabebe1354
    @samuelabebe1354 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    If you're getting back into training after a long time off for a long break from training high-intensity is not the way to go. I realized that doing mild-to-moderate level exercise is the best way to get back into the conditioning before you start high intensity training. High intensity training equals more muscle fatigue and longer recovery. Which will derail your gains and actually be detrimental and quite possibly lead to longer-term or more serious injuries.
