the lil riff at the start gets me every time. It’s gorgeous.
Моя самая любимая песня у них! Как круто звучат гитары. Эта лайв версия- охуительная
_"We have no future, we have no past... We're just drifting ghosts of glass... Brown sugar ice in our veins... No pressure, no pain"_ - The Chameleons _'Caution'_
so good
The Best track on Strange Times. Amazing lyrics the song builds to a crescendo !! A cacophony of adrenaline ! NO ! This is not my home. NO !
Great track!
Such a shame we wont see you all on stage together again....
Brilliant stuff. Greatest band from the 80's no one has ever heard of. And the crap I was forced to listen to.
Massively underrated band. Almost criminal.
How many bands did they influence? Too many to count.
Brilliant.
@Jimmy Scutts I went to a New Model Army gig with Mark in my home town of Aberdeen in the 90`s. Then we went to a night club & boogied our socks off! Top guy, so accomodating & just a genuinley nice guy. Spoke to him a few weeks ago (i`m sure he couldn`t remember me even though we had some great nights out & i kept him up all night talking & messing around wth guitars) i told him to give me a shout the next time he`s up my way & i bet anything you like he does. Thats the kind of guy he is. A true gem of a guy.
THANKS FOR POSTING!!!
Mark Burgess says at 8:53, "the best show of the tour" and considering how good they sounded I always agreed!!! ... After the show my friends and I talked about how amazed we were, as the band didn't miss a beat and sounded awesome. It's no wonder they used this concert as footage for their live DVD, "Ascension." You could tell, they really enjoyed being there that evening. As I remember, Dave smiled and gave Mark a hug between one of the songs, can't recall which. Thanks again for sharing this clip ..... I posted "Swamp Thing," the opening song of this same show. The Chameleons - Swamp Thing (Live in San Francisco 2002)
Thanks for putting this up on here... I played on these gigs(percussion/Backing vox) I had the dvd & can't find it :-( brought back soo many memories ;-)
Hey, Kwasi! Ken here, the guy that shot this stuff - can send you a copy of the DVD, if you want!
