I love the style of goelia, I just am not a fan of their return policy where you have to purchase your own label (even if it is not free I would strongly prefer to the company to send me a label just to save time at the post office).
Yes I realized that yesterday actually when I sent back an item! It would be easier if they provided a return label (even if we had to pay). I use Pirate Ship to create labels, so I don’t have to do it in the post office, it’s way more practical and also cheaper. Not sure if you have tried, but it’s super handy! I paid $6 to send back a pair of shorts to Goelia (the address was in the US) - just had to type the address, weight and also the dimensions of the package. I printed the label they provided and then dropped off at the post office. It would have been easier if they just sent a label though 😂
Were you able to make your return? I also bought from Goelia but had an unsuccessful return. I am based in the US and mailed my return to their Illinois warehouse. Unfortunately, my return couldn't be delivered and is being held by USPS for pick up (the post office did not answer the phone when I tried calling) There goes $$$ down the drain :(
I really love browns and I think there’s a shade for everyone! ☺️ The camel jacket is so nice and although it’s a beautiful color for fall, I feel it’s great for spring too when paired with light wash denim/white bottoms. Do you lean more towards warm or cool tone?
I LOVE that brown jacket! The brand seems to have really beautiful pieces but their return policy seems like a big hassle and expensive for my country. Too bad.
I love the military-style white wool jacket with black trim, I have it, too. I just got the all-silk waistcoat/vest, and it does run big [received the black already, the White (looks like a soft white) is on order]. Between two sizes, I chose the larger, but I’m glad I did, I need it for my slightly fuller bust (34D). I will have to take it in under the arms and in the hips, but that’s not unusual for me, my figure is quite narrow (except for my waist and bust). I needed a waistcoat made of all-breathable fabric, and, although they don’t specify the lining fabric, I think it is silk (they only say 100% silk for the garment). I’ll test it when I do the alterations. I like Goelia, but their descriptions often aren’t comprehensive, for example, they don’t always say how a skirt waistband closes, zipper or elastic, this makes a big difference to me. (I need at least partial/ back elastic to keep them up, without it, they’ll slide right off my straight, skinny hips, which have no curve to keep them up. If it does have a zipper or wrap-waist, I’ll add some elastic, but might need the next bigger size).
Nice outfits. Would anyone be interested in $228 Coupons at Goelia? I've won them but they don't ship to my country. One is $29 (Flash sale items excluded. No minimum spend required.) and one is $199 (on orders over US$600, Sitewide use, can't use with other discounts.) I would give them for less than their value.
