My gym teacher at one of my previous schools enjoyed this song so much she made us do a workout Routine based on the beat of this song. I don't Really remember what exactly we did, but we kind of did a dance stretch Push up in a couple other things While song played. Growing up I find it kind of cringey and embarrassing . Crazy macho stuff weird how the years passed by so fast.
