      I agree! I wasn't a big fan of the line of questioning trying to lead him to say "crushed" and "horrible" etc instead of just asking what happened. Pity that TV sway people's opinion instead of enjoying a world class game from both sides!

      @@whh3946 well the ref also screwed real over by not giving a penalty for a handball in the box and not booking kyle walker for his two fouls on vinicius while he was through on goal. Pretty much screwed over both sides, but City showed up to this match overconfident and they have themselves to blame more than just using a common scape goat which is blame the refs.

      Yes. He has no shame money is the coach of man city.. look at Ancelotti was struggling at Everton last season.     This time, there was no over thinking,! No meddling nor tinkering. He put his best 11 and told them to play…..yes we can point to subs but being 2-0 up on aggregate, the subs was not a bad idea. NOONE saw Madrid scoring 2 goals in like 1 minute. The player got cocky at 1-0 and it showed. This loss was all down to them and then alone…in my opinion

    Real Madrid signed Alaba on a free and Camavinga for £25 million. They lost Varane and Ramos but Ancelotti is getting more out of his players than Zidane did last season and knocked out Pep who's spent a billion pounds over 6 years.     Pep got a learning experience that night from Carlo. Pep thought he had it won and subbed out De Bryune and Marez. His two best players on the team and who got him the goals against Madrid. He was left with no real threat nor attack and that’s why they lost. Madrid have the heart and the skill to overcome anything and that certainly made it known.

    The substitutions cause him the game. There was no need of bringing Fernandinho only because it was his birthday or he is the captain having his last season with them. He subbed off his attackers (KDB, Mahrez & Jesus) & started playing defensive, but forget he just can't do it against Real Madrid. Congrats to Madrid. Coming from a Bayern fan.

    At this moment, I don't think alot of people are making fun of Pep. He did his part. He is an elite manager. That team got sloppy. Looks like Grealish's Gucci deal really came in clutch for his footballing skills.

      Grealish played decently don't regurgitate what is popular to say.
      He came very very close to scoring twice and was the most dangerous person for man city in extra time that's why they plahed on his side every attack. Sterling on the other hand gave away possession about 5 times, he is washed up and needs to stay away from the pitch until he finds form again
