Super helpful video. I have a 2004 Accord V6 and I bought the same exact LED low beams. They work great and now I can actually see the road in front of me at night. I discovered during the removal process of the original bulbs that you may need to remove them first before unplugging them from the electrical just due to the cramped space. Thank you for the video!
Spot on Dan. I have an '07 Accord V6 Coupe and have changed its headlights twice over my 16 years of ownership. Not a hard job at all. Again, good job.
Hi there, I have an '07 Accord i4/sedan. I changed my passenger lowbeam headlight 2 years ago. It just went out today. I had used Sylvania 9006 Basic. Can you please advise what brand you used? I'm very surprised it only lasted 2 years.
i COULD NOT GET THE AIR INTAKE COVER BACK ON THAT IS IN FRONT OF THE BATTERY. THAT WAS A MONTH AGO. WHAT KIND OF DAMAGE CAN THAT CAUSE BY NOT BEING ABLE TO RE-INSTALL THE INTAKE COVER SHIELD. I ALSO COULD NOT GET THE CONNECTOR OFF THE HIGH BEAM ON DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE. I TRIED TURNING THE CONNECTOR BUT WAS NOT ABLE TO TURN BOTH HIGH BEAMS ON PASSENGER AND DRIVER SIDE. I TRIED SPRAYING WD40 INTO CONNECTOR AND THAT DID NOT WORK EITHER.
Are you taking about the yellowing on the actual headlight? If so I just used turtle wax headlight restoration today on my 07 accords headlights, works amazingly. The oxidation remover is shockingly good. Meguiars is good too but I swear the turtle wax took me way less time and less work than others I've used
I have a 2007 Honda accord se sedan version. Those lights look great. Could you make a video on how to restore those heads with the yellow oxidation that is on it. Great video. Keep them coming. There are some other things I need to do on this accord to make it more road ready. It's legal and safe to drive, but adding some bluetooth without changing the factory radio and keeping steering wheel controls is a big and changing rear struts out would be nice.
Thanks for the suggestions! 'Wipe New' by Rustoleum works great to restore headlights. It seems to last at least 2 years. Here's a video on the wipe new: th-cam.com/video/Z68zO9NXPDw/w-d-xo.html I also did a video showing how I replaced the entire Headlight assembly on this vehicle: th-cam.com/video/pe6M5k6rmyQ/w-d-xo.html The replacement headlight assemblies looked really great for quite a while, but have also started to yellow a little bit...(after almost 2 years) The sun just cooks them over time... Take care, -Dan the Fix it Man
From above the engine, I can barely get a finger to it, it's such a tight fight. I have the VTEC engine, would it still be the same? Seems like I may need to get a friend with skinny arms to reach in
@@stephen732 apparnetly you can get it from above by removing the bolt that holds the washer fluid bottle . Then that gives you ample room to get a few fingers in there and remove/install . Though I tried it and it was quite difficult .
Amazon website says this bulb is for the Fog lights not Low beans. Reads is for the AUXITO 9006 HB4 LED Fog Light Bulbs, 6000LM High Brightness, 6500K Cool White with CSP LED Chips, Daytime Running Lights DRL Bulbs for Cars, Trucks, IP67, Pack of 2. Are you sure this bulb is for 2004 Accord Low Beam headlight?
I feel like all brands say that for liability or something. Like "these are JUST for fog lights or power sport vehicles...of course you CAN put them in your headlights but if you do it wrong and cause an accident from blinding someone, not out fault you used it off label."

Thanks so much for this. I really didn’t want to disconnect the battery and this worked out just fine 👍
Thank you! Your video made it easier for me to replace the driver’s side headlight bulb!
Appreciate the acknowledgement on Honda Accord lights. Thanks!
Thanks for your video...helped me to be confident to replace the bulb on the driver side... ❤❤

Clean and easy install
nice..how do change them for low beam and can you put led bulbs in them too?
Perfect. Been wanting to switch to LED. Plastic yellow lens covers cause a dimness that is annoying.

Any reccomendations on the battery? I am not sure how to tell if it will support the leds.
Are these just low beam? I went to their site and it says it’s does not fit 2007 accord. I have exl v6?
What kind of screws are those for light bulbs? I need to buy more

Did you polish your headlights or are they just that clear? Mine are yellow, thinking of buying new assemblies then installing these leds.
Mine too. Try meguiars headlight kit or spay bug spray. Sho king results. Am amazing 😊
Are you accessing the low-beam light bulb from above or below the car?
Watch the video
Yeah watch the video stephen

That's what the company sent me and they are still working great!
@@DantheFixitMan Are they low beams or parking lights?
@@martinalbert5653 low beams
@@DantheFixitMan I tried them and they were low beams. Not sure why the package reads like they are fog lights.

Would've been nice to see the difference while driving.
You cant replace a low beam driver's side like this on honda accord 2003
