Michael Imperioli came on The Come To Where I’m From podcast today
And we had an epic conversation! From his excellent new book and debut novel called ‘The Perfume Burned His Eyes’ to his work on The Sopranos, Goodfellas, Summer Of Sam and more. His relationship with Lou Reed, his practice of Buddhism and how Kerouac and the beats inspired his foray into the written word. A seriously talented individual and an all around great guy. This episode is a definite favorite. Airing end of August. #podcast #cometowhereimfrom #michaelimperioli #josepharthur

Omg. This podcast is great. Writing a novel, Buddhism, Kerouac and Jaco. And I'm just 20 minutes in. Great interview skills. And Mr. Imperioli is very interesting

James Nelson I can see that’s the obvious preconception people would have, but something in his acting always drew me to him. As impulsive as Christopher is on the Sopranos, Michael plays him with real emotional depth and a masked inner sensitivity that I feel could only come from the actor.

I don't imagine him as a dooshey greaser, he played one of the sopranos, but that's just a character. Now pauly from the sopranos, that's a different story lmao, he pretty much just played himself.

Great podcast. . an the big bang is a joke. .. like anything. Nothing comes. From nothing.. we were created by God. ... Regardless of who u believe in but like. Everything on earth. Your house your phone. Didn't come into existence by themselves ... It's common sense. ... Love n peace to all
