With the current rise and trend of micro-mobility vehicles in Berkeley, this is a reminder to remain and ride safely on city streets.
In this video, this motorist violated the following vehicle code violations:
-Talking on a cell phone while driving (23123 CVC)
-Failing to stop at a stop sign (22450 CVC)
-Passing a truck on the wrong side (21651(b) CVC)
