it's be a lot of things! started with my breast reduction, then me learning more about my colon disease, then of course hot girl walks got me feeling like me again. I'm going to the gym when I can but I'm not on any strict schedule I'm just finally able to take care of myself ❤️

Hey Jennica, I thought I'd let you know that tumeric is actually an iron chelator and can reduce iron absorption by 20-90%. I take it because my iron is actually too high (hemochromatosis), so thought if you are dealing with low iron it might be worth noting xx

It could be the Alani Nus upsetting AJ’s stomach! Sucralose (the artificial sweetener in those energy drinks) can cause your gut microbiome to break down and cause “leaky gut.” I used to love Alani Nu so much and drank (at least) one a day for years, but realized it was happening to me. I read that the magnesium should be magnesium glycinate vs magnesium oxide, as the glycinate absorbs better. Check to see which kind you’re taking. I also read that can be taken with or without food but if you take it with food, it’s less likely to irritate your stomach…which might make a big difference for you with your condition. For that reason I just keep the bottle on my kitchen table, as well as some in my purse for when we’re eating out.
I also recommend fish oil or flax seed capsules with omega-3 for brain and heart health (also take with food). Vitamin D for breast health, along with Vitamin K to help the Vitamin D absorb better. (Read up on the relationship between the two) And finally zinc, so when you do get sick, it’s not as bad.

I had to stop 5 mins in to say thank you soo much! I don't really have a "bridge" to my nose lol so something like those glasses you have on would work great for me I'll have to remember low bridge fit because my glasses CONSTANTLY fall down. Also You look adorable with that frame on!
