DisneySea is not owned by Disney. A Japanese company was able to obtain rights to use the Disney name and they created their own park with the Disney name. DisneySea also has their own mascot which is Duffy and Friends whereas Disneyland, Tokyo Disney, etc is Mickey and Friends.
