One thing that bothers me is Epidimius shouting and screaming. In the lore he’s completely silent and behaves like a librarian, and is very stern to any demons that make too much noise when nearby. His armies are normally deathly silent even in battle and the only audible sound is of his quill on parchment as he records his tallies.
That looks like fun against large armies with huge numbers - but like you'll just flop over and die against armies with a lot of single entities. I have the feeling that Ungrim and Vlad would be a big problem. (I am mentioning them in particular because of the close proximity of their starting location.) In my campaigns they tend to get a lot of heroes into their armies. Both slayer heroes and lore of death vampires sound like an absolute hard counter to the mortis stack strat.
Vlad von Carnstein: last year... I lost 10k troops in one hour, even if they were immune to his plagues. And the forest spirits and the dwarfs just f+++ing watched!
I've been wondering how fun the crown would be on Eppy. Turns out, quite a lot. 30% spread to a guy whose faction mechanic is "if I have enough disease going around then I just win" on top of stacking "prolonged combat means the enemy loses" onto the most tanky, slow-to-die faction in the game... I suspect it also would get pretty wild for Nkari because of the amount of bribe reduction stacking. He should be able to basically buy anything off the other army for next to nothing. Combined with the crown's combat abilities, the combat potential should be there.
That is the wording for every aoe buff. I already discussed this with someone in the comments already. Most other buffs apply to the character providing them, take the brass cleaver for example it says all allies in range, but also affects the character wielding in. It's ether a bug, or they didn't specify it doesn't affect characters. Basically he fits both the criteria for ally and demonic, it should affect him.
Unrelated, I've noticed how you've started your campaign by conquering chaos wastes. Basically killing all your potential allies/buffer zone against all the order factions. I've learned to avoid it, it creates too much need of micromanagement late game.
I think in this campaign they all declared war on me, so I just conquered where I was forced to, but I don't mind a campaign where I'm forced to fight on multiple fronts.
I'm pretty sure tally of pestilence is not suppose to affect himself since everything about his faction is about boosting plaguebearers i believe he is suppose to be a support lord like ghorst but either the buffs were not strong enough or too indirect to be focused on
They all say affects allies in range, take the brass cleaver for example, it has the same wording, but also affects the character it is equipped on. Guardian is an example of a skill that excludes units and only affects characters, and you are right that it doesn't affect the character that has it. But Felixe's blood oath (not upgraded) for example, says it affects only 1 ally in range, however it also includes himself, so it is technically affecting 2 heroes, upgraded it goes up to 3. Most skills in the game that say ``affects a maximum of 1 ally`` is referring to the unit itself, if its a passive ability, or active but you can't cast it on a different unit. Like there are so many contradictions here, that you can't categorize it, they all say affects ally, but some mention special conditions, like: lord, hero, demonic. And all of the conditions are met here, but he isn't getting the buff, so ether it is intended and they didn't specify it, or it is a bug.
@@CultistOfkhorne what this has reinforced to me is that ca need more clarity on their descriptions i didn’t know Felix’s healing also says the allies thing i assumed it didn’t as it affected himself

If he had the sword they wouldn’t be able to do much to him at almost dmg cap
Now, this is some stinky cheese...

I just realized…Cultist of Khorne…Cok 😂😂😂
Rot! Glorious Rot!
Tally of Pestilence affects allies if they're demonic so no it's not supposed to affect Epidemius here. Sick doomstack though
But, he is demonic, and thanks!
@CultistOfkhorne Only allies and only if that ally is demonic, says it right there in the description

It doesn't say though that it excludes characters, it just says affects unit if demonic, and he is demonic, so it should affect him.
@@CultistOfkhorne but it does say affects allies exactly like the guardian ability

nurgle is fun with the last dlc
Don Doonky
Could Morgur beat this?
I don't think so, I think he can get up to 3 mortis engine effects, and all of them are weaker than what Nurgle gets.
When’s the next live my dude
I have a schedule in the stream description, Friday to Monday every week, 7 to 11 pm CET.
Amazing video! Has anyone ever told you that you kinda sound like Simo? (@NotSimo)
No that's the first I hear of it, and thanks!
