If you look in their description for this video, you have to pay for trials( the 2 options are 1 or 5 day trial) where external scouts (e.g. from Millwall or Tottenham) might see you play and therefore might give you trials at their club where you could be introduced into their academy.

You go to one of the trials hosted by uk football trials and if your son is good he will get the attention if scouts
