“Sid & Aya” is the indie-feels new movie which stars Anne Curtis and Dingdong Dantes. It’s also the wonderfully tuneful official soundtrack that includes some of the most tuneful one-offs that we’ve heard this 2018. Kicking off with “Di Na Muli” by singing powerhouse Janine Tenoso. Tenoso just keeps getting better and her take on the winning PhilPop song of 2016 is no different. Talented Janine is getting all the right songs, and just when we thought that she couldn’t top her last release wherein she took on the Eraserheads gem “Wag Mo Nang Itanong,” now comes her masterful take on this newly minted classic.
Also scoring the right songs are the duo of Andrea Babierra and Jem Cubil who created quite a buzz with their first recording together in “The Morning After” from the movie “Meet Me In St. Gallen.” The duo is back in the movies and now they’ve just recorded a chilled out, downtempo tune entitled “Heartbeats.” Incidentally, this cosmic ballad is a song written by multi-awarded actress Alessandra De Rossi from “Kita Kita.”
As an add-on, included here is the original version of “Di Na Muli’ by the Itchyworms-the original tune that won the 2016 PhilPop songwriting contest.

Eto yung movie na naka relate ako sa bida kasi kagaya niya andun ako sa panahon na babayad ako ng tao para lang may makausap, pero wala akong nakita. Many things have happened and by the grace of God I have moved on and I'm not going back. Sometimes it's nice to visit the past but it's not good to stay there.... So....
I'm still here. I guess everything and everyone already move on but me, I'm still here.
one of the best pinoy love story movies..no OA lines/scenes, ganda ng shots, nasa timing ang pagpasok ng soundtracks.. kudos to the people behind this movie..more movies like this plssss.

I just watched Sid & Aya earlier. And napaka realistic ng storya niya. Not a love story talaga. Napapanahon siya ngayon. Iyong mga taong sobrang sweet sa isa’t isa, pero walang label. Mahal mo pero hindi pwedeng maging kayo. Pinapakita doon na kapag may mahal kang tao ipakita at sabihin mo na habang hindi pa huli. Hindi ka na dapat pa magsayang ng pagkakataon. So I suggest sa mga di pa nakakanood, much better kung mag-isa niyo iyon panonoorin, mas mararamdaman niyo yung storya. Sobrang sulit ng bawat scenes, walang tapon. Pati lines ng mga characters, lalo na ng bida. Sobrang dami mong matututunan. Marami kang marerealize once na napanood mo na. At ang mas nakakapagpaganda pa sa movie na ‘yon is yung soundtracks na ‘to, tamang tama, bagay na bagay. Kaya nga ngayon pinapakinggan ko ulit kasi sobrang ganda pala talaga. At umuulit sa utak ko yung bawat scenes ni Sid at Aya. Natapos ko ang movie na ‘yon ng may bigat sa dibdib pero may aral na napulot. Nakakabitin man pero sobrang worth it panoorin.

Bago ipalabas tong movie na to..ngkita kami ulit ng ex ko after 11years,,we dont have a formal break up..but the supposedly closure eh ngkabalikan kami..and we've watch this movie together,,sobra nkarelate kmi dalawa..its like its our story..sa mga lines..tagos sa mga puso namin..at sobra nkarelate ako sa scene n nghintay c sid kay aya ng 4pm..coz i did that dati nung panahon n ngkakalabuan kami ng ex ko..4pm ko din xa hinintay nun..di din sya dumating...at after 11 years nga ngkita kami.at ngkabalikan..kaso ngayon..i can say n parehas nga kwento namin sa movie n to..dahil hindi din love story ang kwento namin..dhl nghiwalay n din kmi recently...
@jonaxx babies. I just read your comments. I think the ending was very hopeful. No dialogue. no conclusion but you can call it a happy ending. Well-made Philippine movie. That song playing in the last scene is perhaps the director's subtle way of telling us what happens in the end. The closing lines of that song:

I remember my story when I was in Dubai.I met this guy he was so sad and stress in life even though he have money.we became friends with benefits until I realized I fell In love with him.sobrang saya ko pag kasama sya kahit nung una pera at sex lang.pero naghiwalay din kami kahit sobrang sakit dahil hindi pwede maging kami at kahit ipag laban ko hindi pwede.after 2 years ng sakit I'm happy now and I hope he is happy too.sumagol ako kahit alam ko matatalo ako,minsan talaga may mga panyayari na hindi mo inaasahan.

I watched TGIS in youtube and stumbled interviews about this movie. Fortunately, it's in Netflix. Watched this alone and sa pag gising.. naiisip ko parin c Sid at Aya. Sobrang ganda!!!!

I just watched Sid and Aya:Not A Love Story yesterday (06.23.21). At tinanung ko ang sarili ko kung bakit ba hindi ko pa ito pinanuod noon. Sobrang ganda ng pelikulang ito. Ang daming matututunan. Tungkol sa buhay. Sa paggawa ng mga desisyon. At sa consequences na pwedeng mangyari sa bawat desisyon na gagawin. Grabe! Hype parin talaga ako sa movie na ito. Mula pagtulog hanggang sa paggising ung mga eksena ang iniisip ko. Ang ganda lang talaga ng story ❤❤❤

This was one of those Pinoy movies that I totally loved! The casts. The storyline. The cinematography. And the soundtracks! OMG! 😍 I love em all! Those songs brought me here in TH-cam. Papanuorin ko ulit. Bihira lang kc ako manood ng mga Pinoy movies and I had the opportunity to watch this on PBO HD. I totally love it! At the end of the movie, I kinda felt sad cos the story was relatable and literally, it was my love story. 😢 Kudos to this movie!
