Yes, dharmani 's statement is bitter towards employees. These questions are not only for him but for all current MLAs (in govt. and Opposition) as well. No doubt such resentments are growing and If on ground things remains in similar fashion (unpaid DA , unemployment, and rude behaviour of Govt executives) it's sure that govt can crumble or have to face heavy backlash.
Yes, there is politics going on in secretariat and dharmani ji is on target.
Although Dharmani's credibility have no doubt, after all he is an NIT alumni. He need to act like diplomat 😂.
