22 wing sprints on a quarter mile circle...yeah, good idea with the way everyone drives without regard now. When I was at Travis AFB in the nineties it was Watsonville Speedway. I couldn't afford to go see the races, but there was a channel on TV that rebroadcast the weeks events of the local tracks of northern California. This was always an eventful track along with Antioch. That 88 was out of control, I kept wondering when he'd finally lose it.
I wish they paid these guys enough to really travel the country, so the best can race the best. I'm in PA, and we have a bunch of good drivers around, but I think it would be cool to see them race the best of the best on the west coast n stuff.

With advanced timing & scoring these days, I would not be opposed to a minimum speed requirement for slow cars. Maybe a 80% rule or something. It gets so dangerous with very slow cars out there compared to the lead pack. Slow cars should get the experience in B-Mains or if not enough cars, make a B-Main for cars not fast enough to the make the A.
Nightmare for sure. Innless you're a fan of crashes. Myself I'll sick with Nightmare and leave it there.

Flag Fest! I think there's something wrong with the track. Car breakdowns and drivers' errors can only account for some of those flags. That must've been one L O N G night. How many hours? The edited version for a 30 lap race took almost half an hour.

The first red had something I like to see. One driver although caught in the wreck. First he thig he did was ask if the driver that rolled if he was ok. That's good sportsmanship there. I know the kind of bond these drives that tour together have with one another.

For everyone complaining about such a wild, flag plagued race- everyone… I mean EVERYONE has nights like that. I’ve never seen a single division at any track go an entire season without at least one night where it’s crazy town. There’s no reason to start demeaning the track, the drivers or anyone else for that matter.

@CaliDirtVideos that's what I was going to say. Not all driver's go out full. Some have it figured how much they need give or take a couple cautions.And as many cautions in 10 laps I'm sure alot were close to out.
great race, feel sorry for that 88 car, the way he was running would have likely lap the field if it had stayed green. but damn, that was alot of yellow flags for 30 laps !!!!
