I am a dental assistant and I used to work with a hygienist that didn't take her own X-ray, didn't clean her room, or clean her instruments or help out whenever she can. I'm glad to see that you are not one of them haha. I used to think that all hygienist were this way lol. But with time I learned the some can be pre madonnas and some are not...the same goes for the dentist but that's a different story lol.

@@being.bonnie Hey Bonnie, I love being a DA, as you start to work as a DA you'll notice how important your role is as an assistant ( some Drs can't function without an assistant lol). The only con that I can think of right now is that sometimes you'll have to work with a mean dr and girl that can ruin your day lol. I am also looking into hygiene as well, I have one more preq and I hope to apply for fall 2022.
