Sometimes the strongest response is no response at all
1. When you angry ( don't respond )
2. When you excitement ( when you happy you feel great ) - cause you promise too much .
3. When you dont have all the facts ( when you dont know all story ) - ( silent make you get more information - learning more )
4. When someone share something important to you ( they just want you to listen not any word or advice )
5. When you're about to making major decisions ( taking time to think before you regret ) - ( give space to think )
Crucial moments when silent is golden / when you're around someone who is achieved what you aspire too . That's the time to listen more and talk less

I find when I'm around evil hateful ppl I keep a Praise Song in my mind. Sometimes I read my Bible when I know no on wants to talk to me. I refuse to fall low to their level. Knowing how much JESUS CHRIST loves me keep me calm & peaceful!!!
