My big problem is the members of my alliance not participating in the crazy joe event. We are part of a very old state so kicking them out isn't an option. I fill up the bar to unlock level 18 rewards, however the alliance rewards we only get to level 4 or 5. I just don't know what to do.

Yeah right now we are getting our 2nd alliance CJ up to the max level for half of us to run it there instead using farms, nurses, etc.

In my alliance we keep infantry and lancer in others city . The marksman remain inside with best heroes
