Hello Brother. Thank you for your comment. I really appreciate the support. To be honest meron talagang BACKER SYSTEM sa ibang company. Depende na lang siguro sa tao na nasa Crewing or Recruitment. Sabi ng iba mas mabilis daw maka sampa kapag may backer but, if for some reason, umalis yung backer mo sa company, pati next employment mo is apektado. The world we live on is far from PERFECT. This applies not only sa Shipping Industry. Ok sana kung everyone will be HONEST sa trabaho nila. Paano naman yung walang mga backer kung implemented sa company nila Yung backer system? Fortunately meron mga company, like ours in V-Ships na hindi ni rerequired Ang BACKER. Kasi in reality hindi mo naman kasama sa barko yung backer mo. You are RESPONSIBLE for your own ACTIONS - all of them. And sa mga nakikita ko sa mga na kasama ko sa barko na hindi umasa sa backer mas RESPONSIBLE sila. Mas may desiplina. Kaya mas mabilis silang nag GROW kahit na sabihin na matagal bago sila naka sakay. Bakit? Kasi nga naranasan nila yung hirap ng pag aapply. Naranasan nila yung ma reject ng ilang beses.
