I’m watching from Guyana 🇬🇾 South America, a lesson well learned, as humans we should live with moderate expectations, in that way our disappointments wouldn’t be that great, ungratefulness, and jealousy had it full share on Akuma and Sakyi’s lives
Sakyi should not have cornered Akumaa with the proposal of marriage in order for him to finance her education seeing that she was so innocent and immature to make the decision to surely marry him at the end of it all. There is a saying, "one hand don't clap." The fact that there had to be a term a d condition in order for him to be of help made the situation insincere. He could have just done it out of the goodness of God. She grew and developed and as a result she decided to set the paste needed for a higher standard of living. Being a young lady she wanted to explore; experience and live life differently away from the hardships she grew up in and endured. Sakyi should have found it in himself to respect her decision; put himself in her shoes and try to heal and move on. Overtime she would have learned from her decision. Afterall she was young.
