We have 2 types of triplet na..... Ek jismai same spin ho and dusra jismai opp spin ho..,. Same spin is sp and opp spin is sp2

Triplet states are those where the electron spins are unpaired, i.e. they are parallel (if I am to say this as a layman). Yes, there are two types of triplet carbenes and both have unpaired electron spins. The difference in the structure of the two carbenes arises from the fact that in the carbene(triplet) of first type, one electron is present in a p-orbital (unhybridised) and the other in a sp2 hybrid orbital; while in the other carbene (this is also a triplet), the two electrons are present in the two p orbitals (unhybridised, hence pure) respectively. In the two above-mentioned cases, the electron spins are not paired. Please note!
In case of singlet carbenes, the electron spins are paired (they're anti-parallel). Here both electrons are present in the sp2 hybrid orbital (as paired) while the p- orbital is vacant.
