Hello sir, i have one question, in industry we have inprocess inspection for every stage process in that all dimensions or parameters will coverd as per control plan ,
Then we plan for layout inspection.
In control plan already for critical and non critical parameters and it evaluate in inprocess report.
What use of layout inspection

What to do if part not produced but we planned for an layout inspection @ starting of Finacial Year itself. Or part absolute on the same year.

Hi Mr.Sridharanraja,
1) if part is not produced based in our plan, we can proceed layout inspection for upcoming months by showing no production in the actual plan.
2) If part is obsolete, we can remove that part from plan with remarks.
3) If part is planned to produce after more than 1 year, we have to produce samples first and do layout inspection. Then mass production to be started if no issue in the product parameter. Otherwise action to be taken to bring the parameter within spec
