Hi Doug You're the reason I have just bought a new speedi.Hope you can answer a couple of questions for me. I love that you don't do complicated recipes.You seem to do all your recipes for a family but I live on my own so is there a minimum you need to use? Also I have a Cosori air fryer is it safe to use the metal rack from the Cosori in the Speedi. I've tried it once and it seems ok. It gives a bit more space from the element. Sorry this is a bit long winded but have only had it a couple of days but I've been watching your videos for weeks and I'm addicted.

I so like your channel I am from the nederlands so I have probebly an european ninja speedi because it does not have the sou vide and proof options but further it is such good machine and I only got it for few weeks and it is so good I found your channel you are really one of the few that cooks and als seem to like lot of veggies in your meals not all but most I see who make spaghetti in the speedy only got pasta and meat and cheese and if they have it a little bit of green in it lol so please make alot more of those so I can try them out never thought of the chow mei video if type that right you made with just spaghetti I would thought to go for some noodles but it looks great and I definitly go try that maybe try something with fresh potato blocks not fries and chicken and veggies with onion mushrooms and farlic on the bottom I stil not quite sure wich program to use and timing to get everything right veggies are okay chicken okay potatoes okay but potatoes not really crispy and I use the speed meal and start with 15 minutes and if need put more minutes they get nicely browned but not all crispy also tried the steam and airfry the poatoes got darker but stil not really crispy but I only got few weeks so need to practice and try things out spaghetti worked out fine and I made rice already also went great only those potatoes lol but hey is great to have your channel so I can try out things and maybe adapt if not have certain things like sauces or some other items but it really helps alot so keep up the cooking and I just keep checking your videos
