The show was good could’ve been better if both Sahiba and nuda would’ve given more chance to the doctor, as this time the psychiatrist/ psychologist was really good but didn’t get to give enough input.

This was an extremely toxic show where all the advice was reserved for the girl. She can't decide whether she should work or not, have a child or not, let her husband flirt with namehram women etc. To top it off the lady at the end said do all this selflessly. Wow! Have they ever realized what all this will do to the mental health of the girls? And how they will pass on their trauma to their children and future daughter in laws. This is called generational trauma. Next time either don't do such a show or call actual professionals who also understand mental health or a religious expert because most of your advice was against Islam.
