Today, I went live from the Courtyard Marriott in Hacienda Heights, just 30 minutes from downtown Los Angeles. No specific topic today-just sharing some special memories. Fun fact: I had the privilege of opening this hotel back in 1990 as the Housekeeping Manager, and it’s also where I received my Front Desk Manager training. It's amazing to look back at where it all began and reflect on the journey!
