A private concert backstage during the 97X Backyard BBQ 2013. Great backdrop too. The first few minutes audio and video are crappy but it gets good. I feel like most people are just talking about Tyler, but seriously, Josh was amazing here. He was so good on that cajon (or "box thing", as Tyler likes to call it). And he had to keep playing even though his hands probably hurt like hell.
Doesn't hurt as much as it looks if you're playing it right. If it does, you get used to it.

i used to hate rap...then i found twenty one pilots....they changed my life for the better.
+Lily Bug I literally felt guilty for liking them at first because my family like hates rap and popular bands, but then I listened to TOP so much that I was so in love that I had forgotten about my guilt. Then listening to the songs and the messages I realized I should be myself despite what others think. They have helped me through so much and brought so many things to light. I saw how my blurryface effected my everyday life until I didn't know who I was, and so much realization and remembering what is important was what I have learned from Twenty l One l Pilots. I actually view my life differently and understand everyone is fighting their own wars... Sorry, got all dramatic. I'm glad I'm not the only one though!

This is awesome because they are from my hometown (of which I still live in) and I remember about 3 years ago even here, no one really heard of them, and now I see them strutting around like they knew of them the whole time. To me, it was just discouraging and they helped me through rough times.

i wish there concerts were like this... i'm happy for them but there too famous for the old fans... ;-; i cry every night thinking about when i went to there concert in 2013 and there was about 300 people there... i miss that. i go to a concert now and more than 10,000 people are there...
right!! i remember one time i wore my early vessel era tee to the grocery store and a really hipstery cashier guy said "hey i like your shirt i love twenty one pilots" and i was like!! !!!!!! because i didnt know anyone actually knew about them and now i walk 5 feet in my blurryface shirt and get 10 compliments and yes of COURSE i appreciate it and am happy for them but...

Josh and Tyler really have an amazing energy and demeanor that mesmerizes me every time I watch them live or on video. What is really cool is that when I watch them walking around the show before and after they seem like the same guys performing. A lot of the other bands I watch the musicians are really different people off the stage for better or for worse.
They need to do a ukulele version of Vessels. That would be amazing

I went to two of their shows this year. Both times I chose not to ask for autographs and photos. But I did see lots of people get autographs and photos from/with them. I did take a ton of pictures and videos of them before, during and after their shows (Tyler walking pass me or interacting with other musicians and fans, and up close pics of Tylers keyboard and ukulele and hand written playlist sheets for their show) which I find gratifying enough. They ROCK
