This is one of the BEST matches in CS history .. i have always wanted Lunatic-Hai to win till this day, they were INCREDIBLE. Lost the First round on CT, but still managed to play extremely well. That was a time where "euro teams" were "guaranteed" to win. LH proved they were an incredible beast.
euro teams weren't guaranteed to win, complexity won ESWC a few months before this and the following CPL in summer 2006. mibr won ESWC 2006. In fact the years of 2004-06 were probably the best that NA CS has ever been throughout the entire history of the game, as well as EU's least dominant era in the history of the game, as there were several Brazilian and Asian teams that were very competitive at the time as well.
