Forget about western propaganda on seeds. All west knows is manipulation and eating crap. Omega-3 vs omega-6 balance really bad nowadays - but its exactly that, omega-3 that is protective against excess omega 6 - omega-3 comes from greens, algae and many seeds, especially flax seeds. Pasture raised beef and fattty fish is only beneficial because they eat that same green and algae. Essential good fat is produced by greens and algae. Saturated fat bad for the gut and flora and the vascular system, all systems in the end. We know the mechanisms. And we know how carnivore and keto guys manipulate the actual data.
