i spoke about this in the vlog.. i put proper ghee for yogesh and less for me... i dont think if a paratha can b cooked without using no ghee at all.. that is a chapati then... and red chilli se koi weightgain ni hota...

Please make good videos on home workout for overweight people. Don't waste your time on such useless topics, I really want to see the old Ritu back. You can also make videos on how to control cravings and challenges for obese people as you can relate.
