Congrats on getting Kevin working for you. Just for a little encouragement, it looks like you have better water pressure in your bathroom than I have in mine on land (LOL). Great job. Keep having fun.
Kevin's starting to be like Grandpa's axe. 3 new heads, 4 new handles, but it's been a great axe lol. Are you going to take Honu across the Atlantic or are these still leading up to the crossing on the other boat? Stay safe.
I know what you mean about boat jobs, during the time I spent sailing with friends many of those journeys occurred when I had been ask to have a look at a minor issue with their engine or maybe it's the gearbox, now Josh you what it's like when you're head and shoulders in the engine bay working with a and a torch tyring to explain to the owner that it's not a minor problem at all, and then coming up from there to ask how much they can afford 😰😰. Being the likable person that I was I never charged anyone for my time because parts are expensive and I love sailing so I have enjoyed a number of trips around the coastline of NZ. Now as for Kevin I think it was very inappropriate behavior when he failed in his duty 🤔🤔 as for the rest of your journey I hope all goes well for you ❤❤👍👍🇳🇿😊
Sorry for the delayed reply. We've been sailing! Had some really great days out there the past week. We were both talking about how much we appreciate you reaching out and we hope to meet you one day. Your a champion for helping those sailors ans we always try to lend a hand when we can to others because before we even were close to knowing anything we had help too. Take care and hope you have a wonderful weekend ❤️🙏⛵️
I'm super happy that the surgery on Kevin was successful! Honu Time on my friends!
Thanks Mark. It was touch and go for a while.

Right. A little to much pressure, if were not careful it can drain the tanks real fast.
Kevin needs a hug

Have you ever considered getting a wind vane?
Honestly we haven't really looked into them. They seem like a smart idea but haven't gone down that lane yet.
Well here’s your problem right here……..you named it KEVIN! Stubborn and grumpy always needs some sorta repair? Weird that I can relate!
Haha! Actually that's exactly 💯 why he's a Kevin. Dependable old balls. Sometimes needs some rest and help but always jumps back in ready to giver!
@@sailinghonutime love u guys! Miss ya!
How much was Kevin’s surgery?
We were very surprised and relieved. $315 Euros So much better than a replacement.
Hey,,,It could have been a testicle. Lol Btw,,,u can make a socket sometimes out of a plastic tube
LOL! Thanks for the tip that's a great idea.
Kevin going on strike again, needs more rum.. and for you both
LOL! If he gets into the rum then we'll never get anywhere 🤣
Time to upgrade to a cpt autopilot.
