The pacing of the jokes and dialogue is so natural, it feels like an episode of some tf2 show I'd watch Sunday mornings
If this is an actual show, I would watch it. No matter what time it started at
honestly, the shot where heavy gets up and checks spys watch to give him that answer was pretty funny

And the funniest thing is that by comparison, he can get more usefulness out of the second banana, the joke item then most pyros can get out of the dragon's fury when not in a choke point like turbine vents.

This sfm feels...natural. It doesn't have the High Octane Chaos that most sfms have, it feels like a normal conversation between Heavy and Spy, like they're trying to figure out which shirt goes well with these pants. I love it. Also the Salmonella bit at 2:16 got a good chuckle out of me.
It's even better, because it's not even a sfm. It's in Gmod. Probably using one of the animation helper addons.

Oh yeah, Gmod animations were huge back in the day. It was kinda the predecessor to SFM for the community anyways. It’s still used to an smaller extant like this video, and I’d bet some of the shorts you think are SFM are actually Gmod.

I've seen alot of SFW/gmod tf2 animations but this one hit different on so many levels. The dialogues and voice mixing feels so natural, it's funny but not exagerated, I love it

I understood everything you sentence mixed, which is a miracle for tf2 animations. A lot of the jokes made here are super accurate to the gameplay and state of tf2, but my favorite one is the laughing scout dummy!
