Hi Maloy7800, Thanks for getting in touch. I would advise that the top two trays can take a single stack of paper only, whether A3 or A4 size, up to 500 sheets in each tray. Hi Emmanuel, thanks for getting in touch. You should just be able to plug you pen drive into you Laptop or PC and print directly from this by opening the file. Can you fill it with double stacks of A4 in the two upper trays? Or is it just one stack behind the divider?
