ورد مُقطر في جبل عُمان الأخضر 🇴🇲

في الجبل الأخضر في كتير حرف وأماكن جميله راح نغطيها بفيديوهاتنا الجاية بس اليوم كان مشوارنا تحديدا للجبل لنشوف كيف بيتم تقطير الورد بالطريقة القديمه اللي الها قرون وقرون وعلى الطرية الحديثه اللي إلها 5 سنوات فقط. عبدالله بن سيف الصقري هوا أحد الحرفيين في الجبل الأخضر الذي إحترف هذه الحرفه من أكثر من نص قرن ولحد الآن ماشي على جميع الخواط التقليدية لتقطير الورد وإستخراج ماؤه النقي بإستخدام الحطب والفخار
زيارتنا كانت للعم عبدالله لنوثق بالخطوات كيف بينعمل ماء الورد وكيف بتم زراعة الورد على ارتفاع 10,000 قدم و كيف بيصنعوا ماء الورد في الجبل الاخضر
ومن ثم قمنا بزيارة معمل أحمد الصقري اللي كمان موجود بالجبل الأخضر واللي إستحدث طرق جديده
ومبتكره لتقطير الورد بإستخدام أجهزة تبخير وتقطير مصنوعه من الستانليسستيل
مشروع أحمد الصقري يديره هوا بنفسه ويبيع فيه المنتجات اللي بينتجها هوا بنفسه زي عطر ورد الجبل وماء مقطر من عشبة الليمون والياس والريحان والنعنع
هاي الأصناف على قد ما هيه نقيه وصافيه بتقدر تستخدمها بالأكل او تخلطها مع ماء الشرب او حتى تستخم كمعطر أو مطهر
بالنهاية بوجه شكر لسكان الجبل الأخضر لإحتوائهم ومحافضتهم على هاي الحرفه الجميله والنادرة وإنشالله بيضلوا على مر الأجيال محافظين على هيك نوع من الحرف والتقاليد اللي بيبن عراقة وأصالة الجبل الأخضر وسكانه

In the Green Mountain (Al-Jabal Al-Akhdar), there are many beautiful crafts and places that we will cover with our upcoming videos, but today our journey was specifically to the mountain to see how roses are distilled using the old way that has centuries and centuries and on the modern way that only invented 5 years before. Abdullah bin Saif Al-Saqri is one of the craftsmen in Al-Jabal Al-Akhdar who has mastered this craft for more than half a century and so far he still use all the traditional methods of distilling roses and extracting its pure water using firewood and pottery
Our visit was to Uncle Abdullah to document the steps how to make rose water using the old ways.
And then we visited Ahmed Al-Saqry’s laboratory, which is also located in Jabal Al-Akhdar, and which developed new methods and innovate the distillation of roses using evaporation and distillation devices made of stainless steel.
Ahmed Al-Saqri’s project is run by himself and sells the products that he produces himself, such as mountain rose perfume and distilled water from lemongrass, yams, basil and mint
These items are as pure you can use them in food, mix them with drinking water, or even use them as perfume or disinfectant.
Last but not least, I want to thank all the residents of Al-Jabal Al-Akhdar for containing and preserving this beautiful and rare craft, and hopefully, they keep it throughout the generations. Preserving such a kind of crafts and traditions build the nobility and authenticity of Al-Jabal Al-Akhdar and its inhabitants.
