Sir, fix the time limit for mutual transfer, Sir, a lot of time of officers is wasted in this, it takes at least a month for an officer to forward the form, It takes one year in Western Railways.
Spouse ground transfer applications also doing very late by SWR officers and also they (office clerks ) don't tell to employee actual procedure what are the required documents to upload at the time application..... office clerks not showing Remarks incase applications rejected by higher authority. In HRMS portal during the application...we observing some other instructions...but there is no instructions about what are the required supporting documents.
