Great talk. Would've liked him to also discuss pros and cons of going multi-region, not just multi-AZ.
The only unexplained issue here is how to leave Amazon when you already have your 10M users :-)
That's always an issue. At least in this case some of the tools are compatible with open-source (e.g. Redshift => Postgres).
Great presentation - weirdly the guys mannerisms remind me of Henry Rollins doing one of his spoken word shows :)
The presentation was really helpful! Just a suggestion. Maybe AWS needs to use more meaningful and intuitive names for their services and their icons. They all look the same.
