starts in the lab, mad bad lad like dexter (cartoon) graduates with a million degrees next semester (goes to and leaves uni) then on to show adult 'dexter' cutting up a body (i assume) and telling the coroner he is sick and leaving homicidal for the slaughterhouse!..... love it. And a god damn dirty bass drop at start that has been shaking my house!!! go Ren!!!
falling in reverse- voices in my head is what come to mind when I saw the video. im not saying they are the same or even remotely similar but its the way hes killing off a version of himself throughout. This song is as if Ren as matured in both the production and the lyrics, its got to be one of the top 5 of his songs and I cant wait to see what the new album brings... thank you for your reaction

I'm not sure what constituted the hook, a hook usually repeats but nothing repeated in this piece. The most earwormy thing was the "pain makes men" part to my ears, with the synth line which I liked a lot. There's enough in there for everyone to have a favourite bit I guess.
