She pulls off the infinite combo just to spite us. Or imagine we are gonna beat her, she gets randomly set to 1% and invulnerable due to story purposes and THEN she CCs us, then combos us to death to leave us spiteful

I really like the Star Rail's boss fights! Gepard boss fight was very quickly in the story, and that was the first time we fought against a playable character, and some time after it was Bronya. It's so amazing playable characters have more time to shine as bosses. I personally would love a boss fight against Abundance Yanqing and Yanqing :D I might be delusional (I'm probably) but the part where Yanqing was made to say "I will defeat Yanqing" made me think it might be foreshadowing. But I still think it would be amazing if it would happen, as Yanqing follows The Hunt and Abundance is the enemy, and he would have to fight the Abundance part of himself which he hates. It was the best decision they could have done. The moment we fought Gepard in the story I fell in love with this game honestly. And the more character Boss fights we got the more I feel adoring this game. Having Yanqing become afflicted by the Abundance and having him go more offensive than would be so cool and terrifying. I would especially love to fight against him with us having to use both Jingliu and Jing Yuan. As they are his mentors and having them be the one to help Yanqing. The I will defeat Yanqing line was so good in the story honestly. They could do something similar to Shadow of Feixiao honestly, where the final phase is Yanqing against himself. It would be really awesome to hear him overcome himself and have his own inner dialogue with himself And thanks! Yeah 3k soon hopefully! Thanks for all the support and cheers always! the fight i want to see. 1. fight between Astral Express and Stellaron Hunter as in multiple boss with Shard HP(let's say Kafka, Blade, SilverWolf and Firefly). why? RIVALRY IS COOL and it would be a spectacle. 2. Genuis Society Trio consider they really couldn't care less about ethics and moral they might one day have a conflict with Astral Express crew. 3. there's also fight against Kiana, Mei and Bronya, but since there will be a collab event we might got one in HSR.
I actually had an animation idea for the first fight that I never got around to, with it ending with Caelus and SAM (back before I knew he was Firefly) floating in space, would've been a fun thing if I actually made it
I would absolutely love a proper fight against them in a good nice 4 vs 4. Or if hoyo wants to get quirky with us, given a 5v5 by letting us all members vs 5 stellaron hunters (like have elio there supporting them). But regardless a whole 4 vs 4 would be so cool to see. The one I had in mind was like a proper Landau Family Boss Fight of them trying to protect Belobog (and add Pela in there so they got a whole team that a player could realisitically use and since she is close to all 3 of them) The genius society trio would be so cool too! I especially think it would be quite intriguing to see Screwllum as a Boss Fight. Have the writters increase the coldness of his speech and use the way speaks like "Conclusion: You must be terminated, my apologies Trailblazer" to intimidate us. I do hope in the collab event we get to have them as interesting Boss Fights. It did seem like it was setting up a few cool 1v1s and there also seemed to be some sort of intellectual bout going on too with some of the other characters. Which would be neat to see too. Given how the Stellaron Hunters have to follow their own script. Just in Storytelling having Firefly NEED to defeat the trailblazer because the script said so, otherwise something bad would happen to them idk. As odd as it sounds, the script concept Stellaron Hunters have, makes me adore them a lot. And I hope they bring loopholes or surprises through them in the future
I really wanna see her little AIs in a boss fight, providing support or buffs for her. Since they are not used in her actual kit If we ever go to Punklorde (Which I REALLY want to go to). I hope we go into like a virtual area and fight a Party of her AI little robots with her as their support. Like she is the player in her videogame and we become the Enemy mobs in her POV

For the third one- what if, instead of Blade being the boss fight, we play as him and Dan Heng is the boss fight? Because that would be a great way to portray how Blade sees him, as some final enemy that he has to defeat. Bonus points if the fight isn’t actually winnable.
Ooooh honestly that would be absolutely sick. I would really like to fight both Dan Heng in his normal form, then in the next phase he transform into Imbibitor Lunae. And likewise, something like fighting Jing Yuan + The Lightning Lord would be insane as hell. And having the whole POV Change mechanic letting us be Stellaron Hunters or any other antagonists opens that window. I would love that so much Getting to hear Blade's Inner Monologue and for HSR to put us in the mind of someone that is Mara Struck, and constantly fighting it would be so cool narratively speaking too! Unwinnable fight also being added into it, is top tier yesssss. I need more Scripted Fights like that
I chatted with my friend about how fun a Boothill boss fight would be (or any Hunt path boss) and they just prioritize one character on your team and increases the damage dealt every time they attack the same target. A Blade boss fight that is able to counter FUA (or counter any team that can take multiple turns for attacks) sounds great. Hahaha. Finally!
Having an enemy that starts taking you down one, by one in a boss fight, or just for a story thematic would be really cool and terrifying. I think that enemy having a whole multi turn setup would be nice, where they lock on, and every hit, for the next like 3 to 4 turn will be incremental. You would NEED taunt to make sure your enemy actually hits your defensive characters, so you can survive And yeah, I lowkey hope they add methods to counter specific teams. It would be fun seeing people taking it as a challenge to brute force it too regardless of them countering their team. For DoTs I do want them to make an enemy that heals when taking DoT damage, and self afflicts itself with DoTs. That way characters with Pioneer set can instantly stack their passive, and we can run Harmony units for those fights without Nihility and achieve HUGE numbers
Correction on Luocha and Void archives. Luocha isnt a reference to Void archives but is a reference to Otto Apocalypse. Otto was the one who causes all the trauma of Kiana and alot of the hi3 characters. He was the one who artifically created a clone of Kallen such as Theresa and caused them to kill another clone etc. Void Archives is the golden cube owned by Otto Apocalypse who later took the appearance of Otto Apocalypse but wears a mask instead. So the flashback welt had was of Otto Apocalypse. Metaphorically a way to remember is Otto wants to bring back Kallen. Luocha Carries a coffin (metaphorically Kallen). Void archives is the person who welt came to Star rail with. Whos in welts splash art.

Especially given how Otto's actions are awful and from the sounds of sounds of it. I remembering hearing something about Void Archives taking over Otto's body. But I am guessing now they meant like a clone Otto had created I am guessing Void Archives too was subject to some awful things under the control of Otto Apocalypse
I don't think making models for the Quintet is really that hard; Jing Yuan looked the same in the flashbacks, Jingliu is minor adjustments, and they already have a model for Yinxing (from Blade's trailer), so they'd only really need to model Dan Feng and Baiheng.
Oooh that is fair, I feel like I did overthink that one a little bit. I had completely forgotten about them having the Yinxing model in the blade trailer aaaaaa. I gotta rewatch it now. Then definitely a backstory/flashback for the quintet is one story line I hope we get to see in the future. Maybe for like Blade's development and such
For me, one of the wishes is something like A 5 man boss fight (not shared hp) vs one of the better IPC teams Like higher personnel: team leader guy but juiced up Team leader charges up work culture shock ex and the rest use assist counter to defend him. Break the charging up wcs and get destroyed by four ipc employees with performance points counterattacking Team leader managing everything, buffing, damaging, defending e.t.c. so the four guys would do all the job Performance points bosses overall would be fun to fight against (and possibly use?) Also the fight demonstrating that oh god the ipc is actually quite scary. not all grunts are comic relief lackeys and can actually be a threat
Oooooh honestly I love that idea. Having them have a sort of Defend the King mechanic would be interesting to see. Especially via taunts, counters and such. Having an ACTUAL leader within the IPC that manages his team and buffs would be so freaking cool and amazing. Yoooo I love that. The more I read this the more amazing it gets. A new use for Performance Points would be cool to see yeah! And having a proper fight of what the IPC can do when they get their shit together would be amazing as hell. Rather than the goons and buffoons that are greedy that Topaz seems to carry around with her ;-; If we get top tier IPC lackeys I lowkey hope they are under either Sugilite's command or Sapphire's. I feel like with either of them being their superior they would get their shit together (or Opal, but that would be more of a given I think due to Ranking). Bring the vibes of that one Intelligencia Guild sidequest in Penacony (the one with the genius society member) where we had to blow up many worlds. Those ruthless and effective workers
@@ManCarSua also maybe have them mimic player's team? IPC's own harmony, own nihility, own preservation/erudition, own hunt and own destruction. Buffer, debuffer, tank/aoe dps, single target dps, and a cockroach dps Maybe also so all the employees would be from different backgrounds, having the features from there. Maybe a borisin that's not in the pack and works in the IPC instead, team leader managing both performance points and bloodlust, otherwise attacks becoming indiscriminate. Maybe so also the leader would force actions in-between turns, following IPC's trend for follow up attacks, mirroring player's R button on certain fights and character ult casting.
@@jakkees that would honestly be sick. Having them mimic paths of the game would be lovely to see. I am definitely a fan of the enemies being of different backgrounds/planets to showcase just how diverse and expansive the IPCs reach is. And we could even have members that are the Xianzhou or Belobog to represent the path they believe in. Adding follow up attacks into the team would be great and a fun way to encourage Counter characters like Yunli, Clara further into the meta. Definitely a huge fan!
For a sparkle/mask fool’s boss fight, I can see them(mostly sparkle) just changing their into different bosses that are already in the game for a whole turn.
If Sunday join the Astral Express or Stellaron Hunter, I'd hope that we can control The Great Septimus to fight the next big boss in Amphoreus Also it'd be interesting if one day the Stellaron in Trailblazer went unstable and we become the boss in boss fight

Another thing I'd like Star Rail to implement for story telling purpose are playable cutscenes & merging POV. By merging POV I mean when different POV happened in the same time-setting, and then both protagonist of those POV(s) meet each other.

Like have our iconic trio be in their base form for the 1st phase. And 2nd phase they all transform into their alternate paths to completely reshape the fight and tempo And yesss playable cutscenes and merging POVs or more simulateneously happening POVs would be cool. I lowkey want them to give us 2 POVs at the same time. Like the concept of 2 characters in 2 different places, but the actions of one affects the environment of the other. So some puzzles and stories can happen as you see the world from both characters. I need that so badly

so a few things i think worth mentioning before i'm going into detail about the boss i want to see the most first of all i do think that we'll get both a leviathan weekly boss fight and a leviathan boss in the near future but it won't have anything to do with ruan mei specifically. i have a theory for amphoreus which i won't go too much into detail about but basically i believe that the final boss fight of amphoreus would be a leviathan. as for a leviathan mini boss fight honestly we might even get it next patch because after all next patch we're getting a simulated universe update and considering going to calenga abyss to research some leviathan fossils with ruan mei was herta's request i believe that the next update for the simulated universe gonna be about the path of voracity and oroboros and the reason herta asked us and ruan mei to go research leviathan fossils is to gather some data about leviathans so they can be added into the simulated universe because it would help them learn more about oroboros since oroboros is a leviathan that ascended to aeonhood. some lore about skaracabaz: so skaracabaz was a propagation emanator who died during the swarm dissaster. the one we fought against in the space station during ruan mei's quest WAS NOT a revived skaracabaz nor was it anything even slightly close to the real skaracabaz the one we fought was an incomplete clone of skaracabaz, from what we know the original skaracabaz was apparently "a giant lepisma that inherited the mandibles of the imperator insectorum" (imperator insectorum = tazzyronth) and apparently the real skaracabaz was able to shoot death rays that destroy celestial objects and out of stars that he destroyed he made incubators. its full name being starcrusher swarm king: skaracabaz is not an exaggeration. i think the boss fight i want to see the most is a boss fight against a leviathan. it would be terrifying but also really cool and epic, while we don't know the actual size of a fully matured leviathan we do know that they are big enough to easily swallow planets and some might even be able to swallow entire star systems so they have to be gigantic af and because of that the leviathan that i believe we'll face against in amphoreus would probably be a juvenile or an adolescent leviathan but anyways just imagine a boss fight that is so big that it is seperated to multiple parts and no i don't mean multiple phases i mean multiple different boss fights that you need to defeat 1 after another without the chance to refresh your techniques or swap your team and each one has their own phases, also side note imagine it being able to shred through shields. there is a character i've conceptualized tho that character has anything but an actual design even a bit of backstory the character dosen't have a design because while i have a ton of ideas and stuff i'm just terrible when it comes to drawing the characters i won't go into the details of the character just yet because the message is already too long and its also off topic. btw i also have an idea/speculation for something that i can see happening in version 3 which could really level up star rail's difficulty and complexity while also keeping problematic powercreep (which imo star rail is still very far away from it) out of the game imo its the best step forward star rail can take although i don't think it would be purely a good thing in everybody's eye anyways sorry about this paragraph of a comment 😅 as someone who likes star rail from both lore and gameplay perspectives i really enjoy this kind of videos just spitting out ideas and stuff.
First of all, it's all good and no need to apologize for the big comment. It was a pleasure to read all the way through it, even if I am a little late on it. I too love the lore and gameplay in Star Rail, so it is a pleasure to have read it all! A leviathan weekly boss will be definitely interesting and I hope we get something similar to a helper call, like we do with Imbibitor Lunae vs Phantyllia. At the same time, I honestly wish we get someone like Argenti to be part of a supportive call ability at some point in the future ngl. A final boss for Amphoreus would be sick to be a Leviathan or some ancient being from back in the Swarm Disaster/Aeon War. I am definitely looking forward to the lore behind the other Aeons, in particular HooH. I also hope we get to have some actual Stories/Traiblaze missions related to the simulated Universe at some point. Also the fact Ruan Mei decided to tinker around with Borisin and Leviathan fossils I got scared as hell. Thanks for the lore of Scarakabaz. We did fight a sort of artificial version of the Aeon, and it looks like it was like a beta version of it, in terms of progress, hence why it died within like a minute of being born. I am definitely scared, but also hype to see the real thing in the game, maybe in a flashback or a revived version of the aeon properly created. I will be hyped to see a fight vs the Leviathans, even if it just one so we can get a powerscaling in the world itself, even if it is just an unwinnable boss fight. Or even better yet, if they are as huge as the lore mentions, I lowkey wish that a boss fight was the insides of a Leviathan, like a sort of dungeon or something of the sort. We have been inside a Swarm Disaster Beetle, in the Express, so it could be a planet consumed by one of them I would definitely love to hear more about what you have in mind and it sounds absolutely amazing. Leveling up the difficulty without making enemies feel like they are just damage sponges is the best in all honesty. Slowly but surely this game has been growing and improving and it makes me happy Again, never feel like you gotta apologize for a message being too long, I loved reading every moment of it and keep up with the amazing ideas!
One really specific (and unprobable) thing I would like to see in game is a fight against an emanator of equilibrium. We don't know much about this path. A fight implies prior and/or future development while also letting us gauge just how powerful that path is. Maybe at a critical point in the story we manage to outsmart/break HooH's web, and They send an emanator to keep things in check. This could be a scripted fight where we are doomed to lose or we may need to defeat the emanator to progress the story (and that entails a lot). Does the equilibrium even have emanators, though? Giving power over such an influential path to someone mortal seems quite... unbalanced
That is a really interesting one, we know very little of the equilibrium other than they are considered to be one of the strongest Aeons, which is honestly terrifying. Idk what an emanator for them would be, but they seem to be in line with Ena apparently from what I read in their entry log from the simulated universe. We did see some followers of HooH though recently in the 2.5 quest in the sidequest for the cartwheel temple, so maybe they wouldn't be people that are aggresive or particularly evil? At least in the average person perspective. There were also the arbiters, that the data bank says "They are mistaken as gods in many worlds." So maybe those are the emanators? Definitely a fight against an emanator that is meant for us to be wrecked in would be sick to see ngl. The Aeon is obsessed with symmetry and a zero sum state, so likely those that they give powers to are likely to enforce it. I am definitely hyped for something like this in the future not gonna lie I think the Arbiters are the closest we have to Emanators, but they may be some artificially created life form too? Something akin to borisins or heliobi that were created by the abundance rather than actual humans that ascended. Or like the Emanator of Propagation we fought that was a gigantic bug

About the Arbitrators, the idea of them being created by the equilibrium is a really interesting one! That way they could be more well managed. @@MourningActor I really hope we can learn more about them and get to visit the place. And that we may befriend more Borisin since some geniunely are good beings. Like Arma too from the Shackling Prison (who I was so glad collaborated in the new minigames event). He made the Ai for the NPCs in that event, and although they were janky and had that 800 words limit. I was happy he at least got to do something for the Xianzhou's enjoyment that he liked, even from Prison. I do love the potential of characters being created to not look human. So having them be essentially bibilically accurate angels rather than human like would be terrifying but amazing And likewise. It is a pleasure too to hear from someone like you. i forget where i read it but someone pointed out that Sugilite, much like Cyno in genshin, is very anubis (or at least egyptian) themed: the pyramid like structure and architecture of the room he’s in, the gold and feast (most likely offerings), and the most obvious example being the two large, black dog statues at either side of him. Anubis’s job is to judge whether souls should enter the afterlife and deliver them there. So naturally Sugilite might be a bit ticked off at a man who’s lucky enough to escape death over and over… That being said, an interaction with Boothill and Sugilite is such a fire concept. Real big brain take. Can’t wait to see what else you have in store, you’ve earned another subscriber :3

Very confusing stuff, lol it's a great idea regardless I'd love to see all the Stellaron Hunters have fights tbh, Silver Wolf could have a very annoying gimmicky fight as for another fight I'd like to see anything with the real Herta would be hype

And now that we get Apolyptic Shadow I am happy seeing Feixiao joined the roster of bosses. Also, thanks a lot for the correction there, I really appreciate it! I didn't know well how to eord it properly either because of how Expy Characters work and not knowing much about Hi3. I didn't know Otto and Void Archives was 2 different people! If they ever bring a Silverwolf Boss fight I hope we get to fight with her using her A I companions alongside her. The ones in her Splashart. If they make the fight happen virtually like in the simulated universe it could open the gateway for those versions of Silverwolf to even be the Boss Fight, and having her as their supportive entity (Like if she was playing and RPG, and we are the enemies in the game. For a role reversal. Or have her take a role like the Navis from the Persona series like Futaba or Fuuka) The real Hearta would be a lot of fun honestly to see as a Boss Fight. Especially given she is an Emanator. I, on top of that, do want a fight vs a horde of Herta puppets. Formated like Pure Fiction ngl
Fighting Aha would be so chaotic but also a lot of fun, definitely a fight that I'd love to see at some point, and I would want for them to taunt the hell out of us. Like have it use Crowd Control moves against us, and if they land the CC you just hear them laugh. Also not gonna lie, they would be the one and only boss I'd be happy and okay with if they gave them a "dodge" mechanic just to piss us off and have us miss ultimates. To make our experience painful
This may be an evil thing to say, but I want a boss where you play as the villian against the astral express (or anyone), where you are forced to win, leading to a death, since it would make the death feel like you killed that character off. (Bonus points if people like the character, it would also be a surprise to play AGAINST some of the crew members, and maybe the character thats gonna die (or maybe one of the astral express crew members could die)
I geniunely love that honestly. I have been advocating and saying that a way to traumatize and make the entire hoyo community fear would be to give us a Himeko (and maybe even Welt there too) Boss Fight. We play as the villains and have a remix, new version of the "Final Lesson" song playing You would drive all Hi3 players insane and have them be scared for Himeko's life. And this time it would be by our hands that this happened. As tough as it is. I do want to see more deaths in HSR. Tingyun's was scary. And Misha with Gallagher felt so emotional Definitely having an express member die would hit super hard. Even if the death is temporary
Have us be the one that kills him. Then he starts becoming more sane and thanking us. And just let him hit us with all the emotional dialogue and plot with Dan Heng
Honestly? I think this is a fantastic idea. Especially for keeping some older characters relevant to the plot. Star Rail is already doing a better job of making older characters important than Genshin, but I think doing something like this could really help out with keeping the rooster up. Also so far some of the most memorable boss fights so far HAVE been other characters. I don't know a single person in this game that doesn't remember the Aventurine fight or the Yanqing fight.
The fact we get to randomly face these bosses within Divergent Universe or Simulated Universe Expansion Modules also helps massively at keeping them relevant and in people's radars, even if it is for just a short time being too. Also, the freaking OSTs they create for these Character Boss has been so good and amazing it makes me incredibly hyped for them. I wish Genshin helped do more to keep their older characters more alive, especially the Archons And yesss the most memorable ones have been against the familiar faces we get to play within the game itself. Aventurine and Yanqing's have been top tier and needing to plan around them, does makes the battle feel serious and enjoyable. Argenti so far has my favorite OST from the playable fights so I am happy we get to listen to it in game and that we are seeing him often
@@ManCarSua The simulated universe was a fantastic idea on Star Rail's part for getting players to try out different parties and strategies while farming for pulls and such. Fantastic for creating random boss situations as well that could encourage such fights even when it doesn't make sense story wise. Also, you're right about boss OSTs man. Could you imagine a Kafka boss fight that has her trailer's LEGENDARY remix in it? That would be an amazing fight. I'd actually like a fight against Sparkle for a bit of a different reason than you. We saw in the Acheron trailer that Sparkle can make multiple copies that seem to be able to mimic the real characters well enough, since she played all the known Stellaron Hunters at the time. I think it'd be cool if we could fight her clones and see how they compare to the real things. Though at the moment the SHs have no synergy. I'm also interested in seeing the High Cloud Quintet, since it does seem Yingxing does have an in game model during some flashbacks. But the problem there is he'd have to have an entirely new kit since, unlike the others in the Quintet, I doubt he could justifiably use Blade's kit. That and Blade desperately needs an update or a support anyway. I think at some point a fight with Jingliu and Luocha and Ruan Mei could be nice. With the confirmation they have an insane plan to use Propagation, of all Aeons, to kill Yaoshi I've been anticipating a confrontation. We learned from Firefly's animation just how BAD the swarm was, and risking that seems like a terrible plan. I'd love to play Firefly trying to stop them. Or the Astral Express trying to stop their insane plan.
Yeah, Simulated Universe was a really nice addition to the game, and blessings are fun to experiment with and even make subpar characters feel pretty strong too. And random boss situations are always fun for that game mode If they ever bring Kafka's trailer as an OST for combat I will die of happiness And ooooh you are so right, the fact she can make multiple illusions/clones is something I overlooked, she alone could cause so much chaos and fun for a fight alone. Or even just a literal game mode honestly with that idea of sparkle clone illusions being the enemies we have to defeat. And definitely a Fight of the clone vs the Original would be amazing to see. Low key reminds me of Persona 4's Shadow enemies ngl and would sow so much discord among the party I had completely forgotten if he Yinxing had any models in any flashbacks, but if he did I 100% want to see that a flashback quest into the life of Yinxing and what happened before the Sedition of Imbibitor Lunae. They could make a whole new character for Yinxing, similarly to how Dan Heng and Imbibitor Lunae are though. A lot more work for them, but it would be cool Definitely fighting against Luocha, Jingliu AND Ruan Mei would be a terrifying fight, but one that I'd love to encounter and see how it all goes. And if we get destroyed by them for story purposes. The fact they want to use the Aeon of Propagation is horrifying, and we even saw how dangerous a fake/artificially created emantor was. The only reason we actually won the fight is because the beetle only could hold its existance for in lore like 53 seconds, even though the fight was so long for some people. We could also have Firefly during that storyline, trying to stop them too if she happens to hear about their plans to use the propagation. And since it is the Xianzhou story, we can have both Blade and Firefly teaming up, since I liked their dynamic and conversations in their flashback
@@ManCarSua Sparkle's clones do have a lot of potential if we wanted to seriously utilize them for a story. She seems to be able to mimic voices and personalities very well with the clones, with the only tell that gave them away in the trailer being the "glitches" they had. I don't know how WELL she retained the fighting abilities of the Hunters, but they seemed fairly skilled for clones. So, in theory, she could do critical damage not only with the clones, but to the reputations of the people she's copying. Ideally, I'd love to see a plot where she outright sets up a situation where she frames someone innocent for murder or something equally terrible by having her clones at the scene of the crime, throwing off a real investigation and causing huge amounts of trouble for the person framed. Ideally it'd be someone important like Dr. Ratio or Jing Yuan or something. As for the Yingxing model, there's a brief flashback of the High Cloud Quintet that's very clearly 3D and Yingxing with full silver hair and magnolia hair pin is seen sword fighting Jingliu in what I assume is sparing practice. I don't know if that would translate into a full gameplay model, but it could show the potential for a model later, though I don't see why they would other than the fact the High Cloud Quintet story is one of the most popular in the fandom (which, honestly, could be more than enough considering). Blade and Firefly teaming up would be fantastic. I'm a fan of the Stellaron Hunters dynamic (in case it wasn't obvious by how much I accidentally talked about them), so seeing more of them would be be a dream come true for me. Though I'm also a huge fan of your idea of Blade and Imbibiter Lunae Dan Heng getting into a battle after Blade lost himself to mara again. With their truce in place there's already been significant character development between them, but I think there's further for them to go and a nice little brawl to get out the lingering resentments sounds fun.
Honestly it us definitely high up on the things that I wish to see too. And just as a whole, for super End game content. Have a flavored fight vs both Yanqing and Yunli simultaneously
Honestly, I would absolutely love to see scripted fights were we lose. Especially if they do fights like the one for Luka vs Svarog back in Luka's Companion Mission, 100% makes the story telling feel amazing and gives the player even more dread I feel once we get anihiliated, even by a story mandated loss

I really like the Star Rail's boss fights! Gepard boss fight was very quickly in the story, and that was the first time we fought against a playable character, and some time after it was Bronya. It's so amazing playable characters have more time to shine as bosses.
I personally would love a boss fight against Abundance Yanqing and Yanqing :D I might be delusional (I'm probably) but the part where Yanqing was made to say "I will defeat Yanqing" made me think it might be foreshadowing. But I still think it would be amazing if it would happen, as Yanqing follows The Hunt and Abundance is the enemy, and he would have to fight the Abundance part of himself which he hates.

It was the best decision they could have done. The moment we fought Gepard in the story I fell in love with this game honestly. And the more character Boss fights we got the more I feel adoring this game.
Having Yanqing become afflicted by the Abundance and having him go more offensive than would be so cool and terrifying. I would especially love to fight against him with us having to use both Jingliu and Jing Yuan. As they are his mentors and having them be the one to help Yanqing.
The I will defeat Yanqing line was so good in the story honestly. They could do something similar to Shadow of Feixiao honestly, where the final phase is Yanqing against himself. It would be really awesome to hear him overcome himself and have his own inner dialogue with himself

2. Genuis Society Trio consider they really couldn't care less about ethics and moral they might one day have a conflict with Astral Express crew.
3. there's also fight against Kiana, Mei and Bronya, but since there will be a collab event we might got one in HSR.
I actually had an animation idea for the first fight that I never got around to, with it ending with Caelus and SAM (back before I knew he was Firefly) floating in space, would've been a fun thing if I actually made it
I would absolutely love a proper fight against them in a good nice 4 vs 4. Or if hoyo wants to get quirky with us, given a 5v5 by letting us all members vs 5 stellaron hunters (like have elio there supporting them). But regardless a whole 4 vs 4 would be so cool to see. The one I had in mind was like a proper Landau Family Boss Fight of them trying to protect Belobog (and add Pela in there so they got a whole team that a player could realisitically use and since she is close to all 3 of them)
The genius society trio would be so cool too! I especially think it would be quite intriguing to see Screwllum as a Boss Fight. Have the writters increase the coldness of his speech and use the way speaks like "Conclusion: You must be terminated, my apologies Trailblazer" to intimidate us.
I do hope in the collab event we get to have them as interesting Boss Fights. It did seem like it was setting up a few cool 1v1s and there also seemed to be some sort of intellectual bout going on too with some of the other characters. Which would be neat to see too. Even if not a Boss Fight

Given how the Stellaron Hunters have to follow their own script. I chatted with my friend about how fun a Boothill boss fight would be (or any Hunt path boss) and they just prioritize one character on your team and increases the damage dealt every time they attack the same target.
A Blade boss fight that is able to counter FUA (or counter any team that can take multiple turns for attacks) sounds great. Hahaha. Finally!
Having an enemy that starts taking you down one, by one in a boss fight, or just for a story thematic would be really cool and terrifying. I think that enemy having a whole multi turn setup would be nice, where they lock on, and every hit, for the next like 3 to 4 turn will be incremental. You would NEED taunt to make sure your enemy actually hits your defensive characters, so you can survive
And yeah, I lowkey hope they add methods to counter specific teams. It would be fun seeing people taking it as a challenge to brute force it too regardless of them countering their team. For DoTs I do want them to make an enemy that heals when taking DoT damage, and self afflicts itself with DoTs. That way characters with Pioneer set can instantly stack their passive, and we can run Harmony units for those fights without Nihility and achieve HUGE numbers
Correction on Luocha and Void archives. Luocha isnt a reference to Void archives but is a reference to Otto Apocalypse. Otto was the one who causes all the trauma of Kiana and alot of the hi3 characters. He was the one who artifically created a clone of Kallen such as Theresa and caused them to kill another clone etc. Void Archives is the golden cube owned by Otto Apocalypse who later took the appearance of Otto Apocalypse but wears a mask instead. So the flashback welt had was of Otto Apocalypse. Metaphorically a way to remember is Otto wants to bring back Kallen. Luocha Carries a coffin (metaphorically Kallen). Void archives is the person who welt came to Star rail with. Whos in welts splash art.

I don't think making models for the Quintet is really that hard; Jing Yuan looked the same in the flashbacks, Jingliu is minor adjustments, and they already have a model for Yinxing (from Blade's trailer), so they'd only really need to model Dan Feng and Baiheng.

Then definitely a backstory/flashback for the quintet is one story line I hope we get to see in the future. Maybe for like Blade's development and such

Like higher personnel: team leader guy but juiced up
Team leader charges up work culture shock ex and the rest use assist counter to defend him. Break the charging up wcs and get destroyed by four ipc employees with performance points counterattacking
Team leader managing everything, buffing, damaging, defending e.t.c. so the four guys would do all the job
Performance points bosses overall would be fun to fight against (and possibly use?)
Also the fight demonstrating that oh god the ipc is actually quite scary. not all grunts are comic relief lackeys and can actually be a threat

Maybe so also the leader would force actions in-between turns, following IPC's trend for follow up attacks, mirroring player's R button on certain fights and character ult casting.

I am definitely a fan of the enemies being of different backgrounds/planets to showcase just how diverse and expansive the IPCs reach is. And we could even have members that are the Xianzhou or Belobog to represent the path they believe in.
Adding follow up attacks into the team would be great and a fun way to encourage Counter characters like Yunli, Clara further into the meta. Definitely a huge fan!
For a sparkle/mask fool’s boss fight, I can see them(mostly sparkle) just changing their into different bosses that are already in the game for a whole turn.

Another thing I'd like Star Rail to implement for story telling purpose are playable cutscenes & merging POV.
By merging POV I mean when different POV happened in the same time-setting, and then both protagonist of those POV(s) meet each other.

And yesss playable cutscenes and merging POVs or more simulateneously happening POVs would be cool. I lowkey want them to give us 2 POVs at the same time. Like the concept of 2 characters in 2 different places, but the actions of one affects the environment of the other. So some puzzles and stories can happen as you see the world from both characters. I need that so badly

so a few things i think worth mentioning before i'm going into detail about the boss i want to see the most
first of all i do think that we'll get both a leviathan weekly boss fight and a leviathan boss in the near future but it won't have anything to do with ruan mei specifically. i have a theory for amphoreus which i won't go too much into detail about but basically i believe that the final boss fight of amphoreus would be a leviathan. as for a leviathan mini boss fight honestly we might even get it next patch because after all next patch we're getting a simulated universe update and considering going to calenga abyss to research some leviathan fossils with ruan mei was herta's request i believe that the next update for the simulated universe gonna be about the path of voracity and oroboros and the reason herta asked us and ruan mei to go research leviathan fossils is to gather some data about leviathans so they can be added into the simulated universe because it would help them learn more about oroboros since oroboros is a leviathan that ascended to aeonhood.
some lore about skaracabaz: so skaracabaz was a propagation emanator who died during the swarm dissaster. the one we fought against in the space station during ruan mei's quest WAS NOT a revived skaracabaz nor was it anything even slightly close to the real skaracabaz the one we fought was an incomplete clone of skaracabaz, from what we know the original skaracabaz was apparently "a giant lepisma that inherited the mandibles of the imperator insectorum" (imperator insectorum = tazzyronth) and apparently the real skaracabaz was able to shoot death rays that destroy celestial objects and out of stars that he destroyed he made incubators. its full name being starcrusher swarm king: skaracabaz is not an exaggeration.
i think the boss fight i want to see the most is a boss fight against a leviathan. it would be terrifying but also really cool and epic, while we don't know the actual size of a fully matured leviathan we do know that they are big enough to easily swallow planets and some might even be able to swallow entire star systems so they have to be gigantic af and because of that the leviathan that i believe we'll face against in amphoreus would probably be a juvenile or an adolescent leviathan but anyways just imagine a boss fight that is so big that it is seperated to multiple parts and no i don't mean multiple phases i mean multiple different boss fights that you need to defeat 1 after another without the chance to refresh your techniques or swap your team and each one has their own phases, also side note imagine it being able to shred through shields.
there is a character i've conceptualized tho that character has anything but an actual design even a bit of backstory the character dosen't have a design because while i have a ton of ideas and stuff i'm just terrible when it comes to drawing the characters i won't go into the details of the character just yet because the message is already too long and its also off topic. btw i also have an idea/speculation for something that i can see happening in version 3 which could really level up star rail's difficulty and complexity while also keeping problematic powercreep (which imo star rail is still very far away from it) out of the game imo its the best step forward star rail can take although i don't think it would be purely a good thing in everybody's eye

A leviathan weekly boss will be definitely interesting and I hope we get something similar to a helper call, like we do with Imbibitor Lunae vs Phantyllia. At the same time, I honestly wish we get someone like Argenti to be part of a supportive call ability at some point in the future ngl. A final boss for Amphoreus would be sick to be a Leviathan or some ancient being from back in the Swarm Disaster/Aeon War. I am definitely looking forward to the lore behind the other Aeons, in particular HooH. I also hope we get to have some actual Stories/Traiblaze missions related to the simulated Universe at some point. Also the fact Ruan Mei decided to tinker around with Borisin and Leviathan fossils I got scared as hell.
Thanks for the lore of Scarakabaz. We did fight a sort of artificial version of the Aeon, and it looks like it was like a beta version of it, in terms of progress, hence why it died within like a minute of being born. I am definitely scared, but also hype to see the real thing in the game, maybe in a flashback or a revived version of the aeon properly created.
I will be hyped to see a fight vs the Leviathans, even if it just one so we can get a powerscaling in the world itself, even if it is just an unwinnable boss fight. Or even better yet, if they are as huge as the lore mentions, I lowkey wish that a boss fight was the insides of a Leviathan, like a sort of dungeon or something of the sort. We have been inside a Swarm Disaster Beetle, in the Express, so it could be a planet consumed by one of them
I would definitely love to hear more about what you have in mind and it sounds absolutely amazing. Leveling up the difficulty without making enemies feel like they are just damage sponges is the best in all honesty. Slowly but surely this game has been growing and improving and it makes me happy

One really specific (and unprobable) thing I would like to see in game is a fight against an emanator of equilibrium.
We don't know much about this path. A fight implies prior and/or future development while also letting us gauge just how powerful that path is.
Maybe at a critical point in the story we manage to outsmart/break HooH's web, and They send an emanator to keep things in check. This could be a scripted fight where we are doomed to lose or we may need to defeat the emanator to progress the story (and that entails a lot).
Does the equilibrium even have emanators, though? Giving power over such an influential path to someone mortal seems quite... unbalanced
That is a really interesting one, we know very little of the equilibrium other than they are considered to be one of the strongest Aeons, which is honestly terrifying. Idk what an emanator for them would be, but they seem to be in line with Ena apparently from what I read in their entry log from the simulated universe. We did see some followers of HooH though recently in the 2.5 quest in the sidequest for the cartwheel temple, so maybe they wouldn't be people that are aggresive or particularly evil? At least in the average person perspective. There were also the arbiters, that the data bank says "They are mistaken as gods in many worlds." So maybe those are the emanators?
Definitely a fight against an emanator that is meant for us to be wrecked in would be sick to see ngl. The Aeon is obsessed with symmetry and a zero sum state, so likely those that they give powers to are likely to enforce it. I am definitely hyped for something like this in the future not gonna lie
I think the Arbiters are the closest we have to Emanators, but they may be some artificially created life form too? Something akin to borisins or heliobi that were created by the abundance rather than actual humans that ascended. Or like the Emanator of Propagation we fought that was a gigantic bug

@@MourningActor I really hope we can learn more about them and get to visit the place. And that we may befriend more Borisin since some geniunely are good beings. Like Arma too from the Shackling Prison (who I was so glad collaborated in the new minigames event). He made the Ai for the NPCs in that event, and although they were janky and had that 800 words limit. I was happy he at least got to do something for the Xianzhou's enjoyment that he liked, even from Prison.
I do love the potential of characters being created to not look human. So having them be essentially bibilically accurate angels rather than human like would be terrifying but amazing

i forget where i read it but someone pointed out that Sugilite, much like Cyno in genshin, is very anubis (or at least egyptian) themed: the pyramid like structure and architecture of the room he’s in, the gold and feast (most likely offerings), and the most obvious example being the two large, black dog statues at either side of him.
Anubis’s job is to judge whether souls should enter the afterlife and deliver them there. So naturally Sugilite might be a bit ticked off at a man who’s lucky enough to escape death over and over…
That being said, an interaction with Boothill and Sugilite is such a fire concept. Real big brain take. Can’t wait to see what else you have in store, you’ve earned another subscriber :3

And now that we get Apolyptic Shadow I am happy seeing Feixiao joined the roster of bosses. Also, thanks a lot for the correction there, I really appreciate it! I didn't know well how to eord it properly either because of how Expy Characters work and not knowing much about Hi3. I didn't know Otto and Void Archives was 2 different people!
If they ever bring a Silverwolf Boss fight I hope we get to fight with her using her A I companions alongside her. The ones in her Splashart. If they make the fight happen virtually like in the simulated universe it could open the gateway for those versions of Silverwolf to even be the Boss Fight, and having her as their supportive entity (Like if she was playing and RPG, and we are the enemies in the game. For a role reversal. Or have her take a role like the Navis from the Persona series like Futaba or Fuuka)
The real Hearta would be a lot of fun honestly to see as a Boss Fight. Especially given she is an Emanator. I, on top of that, do want a fight vs a horde of Herta puppets. Formated like Pure Fiction ngl

Fighting Aha would be so chaotic but also a lot of fun, definitely a fight that I'd love to see at some point, and I would want for them to taunt the hell out of us. Like have it use Crowd Control moves against us, and if they land the CC you just hear them laugh. Also not gonna lie, they would be the one and only boss I'd be happy and okay with if they gave them a "dodge" mechanic just to piss us off and have us miss ultimates. To make our experience painful

This may be an evil thing to say, but I want a boss where you play as the villian against the astral express (or anyone), where you are forced to win, leading to a death, since it would make the death feel like you killed that character off. (Bonus points if people like the character, it would also be a surprise to play AGAINST some of the crew members, and maybe the character thats gonna die (or maybe one of the astral express crew members could die)
I geniunely love that honestly. I have been advocating and saying that a way to traumatize and make the entire hoyo community fear would be to give us a Himeko (and maybe even Welt there too) Boss Fight. We play as the villains and have a remix, new version of the "Final Lesson" song playing
You would drive all Hi3 players insane and have them be scared for Himeko's life. And this time it would be by our hands that this happened. As tough as it is. I do want to see more deaths in HSR. Tingyun's was scary. And Misha with Gallagher felt so emotional

Honestly? I think this is a fantastic idea. Especially for keeping some older characters relevant to the plot. Star Rail is already doing a better job of making older characters important than Genshin, but I think doing something like this could really help out with keeping the rooster up.
Also so far some of the most memorable boss fights so far HAVE been other characters. I don't know a single person in this game that doesn't remember the Aventurine fight or the Yanqing fight.
The fact we get to randomly face these bosses within Divergent Universe or Simulated Universe Expansion Modules also helps massively at keeping them relevant and in people's radars, even if it is for just a short time being too. Also, the freaking OSTs they create for these Character Boss has been so good and amazing it makes me incredibly hyped for them. I wish Genshin helped do more to keep their older characters more alive, especially the Archons
And yesss the most memorable ones have been against the familiar faces we get to play within the game itself. Aventurine and Yanqing's have been top tier and needing to plan around them, does makes the battle feel serious and enjoyable. Argenti so far has my favorite OST from the playable fights so I am happy we get to listen to it in game and that we are seeing him often
@@ManCarSua The simulated universe was a fantastic idea on Star Rail's part for getting players to try out different parties and strategies while farming for pulls and such. Fantastic for creating random boss situations as well that could encourage such fights even when it doesn't make sense story wise.
Also, you're right about boss OSTs man. Could you imagine a Kafka boss fight that has her trailer's LEGENDARY remix in it? That would be an amazing fight.
I'd actually like a fight against Sparkle for a bit of a different reason than you. We saw in the Acheron trailer that Sparkle can make multiple copies that seem to be able to mimic the real characters well enough, since she played all the known Stellaron Hunters at the time. I think it'd be cool if we could fight her clones and see how they compare to the real things. Though at the moment the SHs have no synergy.
I'm also interested in seeing the High Cloud Quintet, since it does seem Yingxing does have an in game model during some flashbacks. But the problem there is he'd have to have an entirely new kit since, unlike the others in the Quintet, I doubt he could justifiably use Blade's kit. That and Blade desperately needs an update or a support anyway.
I think at some point a fight with Jingliu and Luocha and Ruan Mei could be nice. With the confirmation they have an insane plan to use Propagation, of all Aeons, to kill Yaoshi I've been anticipating a confrontation. We learned from Firefly's animation just how BAD the swarm was, and risking that seems like a terrible plan. I'd love to play Firefly trying to stop them. Or the Astral Express trying to stop their insane plan.
Yeah, Simulated Universe was a really nice addition to the game, and blessings are fun to experiment with and even make subpar characters feel pretty strong too. And random boss situations are always fun for that game mode

Or even just a literal game mode honestly with that idea of sparkle clone illusions being the enemies we have to defeat. And definitely a Fight of the clone vs the Original would be amazing to see. Low key reminds me of Persona 4's Shadow enemies ngl and would sow so much discord among the party
I had completely forgotten if he Yinxing had any models in any flashbacks, but if he did I 100% want to see that a flashback quest into the life of Yinxing and what happened before the Sedition of Imbibitor Lunae. They could make a whole new character for Yinxing, similarly to how Dan Heng and Imbibitor Lunae are though. A lot more work for them, but it would be cool
Definitely fighting against Luocha, Jingliu AND Ruan Mei would be a terrifying fight, but one that I'd love to encounter and see how it all goes. And if we get destroyed by them for story purposes. The fact they want to use the Aeon of Propagation is horrifying, and we even saw how dangerous a fake/artificially created emantor was. The only reason we actually won the fight is because the beetle only could hold its existance for in lore like 53 seconds, even though the fight was so long for some people. We could also have Firefly during that storyline, trying to stop them too if she happens to hear about their plans to use the propagation. And since it is the Xianzhou story, we can have both Blade and Firefly teaming up, since I liked their dynamic and conversations in their flashback

Sparkle's clones do have a lot of potential if we wanted to seriously utilize them for a story. She seems to be able to mimic voices and personalities very well with the clones, with the only tell that gave them away in the trailer being the "glitches" they had. I don't know how WELL she retained the fighting abilities of the Hunters, but they seemed fairly skilled for clones. So, in theory, she could do critical damage not only with the clones, but to the reputations of the people she's copying. Ideally, I'd love to see a plot where she outright sets up a situation where she frames someone innocent for murder or something equally terrible by having her clones at the scene of the crime, throwing off a real investigation and causing huge amounts of trouble for the person framed. Ideally it'd be someone important like Dr. Ratio or Jing Yuan or something.
As for the Yingxing model, there's a brief flashback of the High Cloud Quintet that's very clearly 3D and Yingxing with full silver hair and magnolia hair pin is seen sword fighting Jingliu in what I assume is sparing practice. I don't know if that would translate into a full gameplay model, but it could show the potential for a model later, though I don't see why they would other than the fact the High Cloud Quintet story is one of the most popular in the fandom (which, honestly, could be more than enough considering).
Blade and Firefly teaming up would be fantastic. I'm a fan of the Stellaron Hunters dynamic (in case it wasn't obvious by how much I accidentally talked about them), so seeing more of them would be be a dream come true for me. Though I'm also a huge fan of your idea of Blade and Imbibiter Lunae Dan Heng getting into a battle after Blade lost himself to mara again. With their truce in place there's already been significant character development between them, but I think there's further for them to go and a nice little brawl to get out the lingering resentments sounds fun.

Honestly, I would absolutely love to see scripted fights were we lose. Especially if they do fights like the one for Luka vs Svarog back in Luka's Companion Mission, 100% makes the story telling feel amazing and gives the player even more dread I feel once we get anihiliated, even by a story mandated loss
