@Dymbz. So, the only thing that works is, turning down all the Mouse sensitivity completely down to the lowest it can go.
Also turning off reset building choice and putting edit hold time to 0.250 and turning off builder pro and turning on instant building boost when building gives you less input delay
PRO TIP: It’s not about the settings. It’s about how good you are, settings are just little parts of becoming good

Pro tip, just because someone's settings are good does not make them good with you and if you do use it get used to them so you can have muscle memory.
