I chose pile 1 & 2,and it's incredibly accurate. I have cptsd from growing up in a toxic family system. I unexpectedly lost my paternal grandfather last month who I was estranged from my whole life up until 6 years ago. The estrangement happened because my mother lied about my parentage and I found out from someone I thought was biological family (in a kind, empathetic way).
My world was turned upside down 6 years ago. I've done a lot of work since then, and I was beginning to feel like I was done processing that situation. Until my grandpa died last month. He was so normal, loving, always happy to talk with me, wise and kind. We had plans to meet in person before the pandemic hit, and then again recently we were making new plans for in the future, but we will never be together in person. I love my grandpa. .
I'm grieving immensely while also trying to deal with the resurfacing of all the pain of my childhood abuse, parentification and neglect from my mom and my step family, as well as the lie about my parentage,and how it kept loving and stable people from me when I could have really benefited from their presence as a child. This cptsd shit has had me living in emotional hell since I left my toxic family in 2007.
I'm feeling stuck in my trauma, for sure, and like I'm never going to get out of this box, use my potential or live my dream (I don't even know how to access it anymore).
I hope I'm making sense, I'm a bit emotional. Your reading has given me a lot to think about. Thank you ❤

I did not know what it was called. I was guided to do this work by my spirit team.
I have acknowledge 7 versions of myself and they all have names. All of us together are called B.A.L.A.N.C.E and each letter is assigned to each part of me.. each part has their own names.
And yes my Mother is Narcissistic as well and I had the realization that was too very difficult to see and heal.
I’m proud of you.. and how you have moved forward. The acceptance is very hard to process.

i’ve been absolutely drowning in anxiety and depression and grief for several weeks now, praying over and over again for guidance or answers, not understanding why i can’t tap into my gratitude and the unconditional love in my life.

pile 3 - i sing and for YEARS i've been thinking of putting myself out there on social media but i'm afraid of failure... last year i opened a small business of handmade stuff that was doing just fine the first couple of months but since february everything went downhill, i'm seriously considering finding a 9 to 5 job and quit every dream i ever had because it's not the first business i had that ends up in failure maybe i'm not meant for that life and have to settle for the bare minimum...
Pile #1 : You mentioned embodiment, I'm actually reading a book, "The Wisdom of Your Body" by Hilary McBride. I haven't finished it but in the beginning it goes through cultural myths about the body and how to connect further with your body. Personally, meditation has been helpful with paying attention to my body and the effect lasts outside of sitting.

Pile 2. Very accurate :D I was wondering though, when you were talking about parts work… that sounds like being a DID or OSDD system. I have DID and that’s a pretty identical experience to what you were saying: different names, different people (alters) having different roles for things, and disappearing (going dormant) for amounts of time. I also grew up with a narcissistic abusive mother, and she’s the main reason we even have DID in the first place. Being forced to have no centralized sense of self will do that to you. Obviously it could be something else, but i’d advise looking into it. Denial is a large part of it as well, since it’s a trauma disorder designed to keep the brain safe. Just a suggestion. Love you readings, you’re one of the most accurate readers for me!!
My Virgo Moon and midheaven insists that I clarify you missed the punctuation mark in Pile 3, which is probably why it didnt make sense but i can see how you would miss it due to the way they did the font and you were just trying to flow! 😂 Loosen the fuck up. oh my gosh...picked pile 3 & you know what's recently happened for me, so life definitely doesn't feel like this reading right now. But I feel like this is meant to show me what "can/will" be happening/where I'm going rather than what "has/is" happening/where I am right now. So I truly appreciate that!
