One thing I forgot to mention in the video, when the last coat of Weldwood was dry, I added a top layer of the BSC adhesive to the entire surround. Partially for aesthetic reasons and partially due to the extreme damage to the cone.

I'm going with Uncle Doug, too. Hot glue? That's a no from me, dog. I have an old Carvin British Series guitar speaker I'm fixing to apply old Doug-ee's wisdom to.

I have 2 old Radio Shack Mach 1's I need too glue up. The edges have came apart from the surround. Guess I'll try the Weldwood technique.
