I've been feeling a bit down because of personal things in my life, but seeing you wholeheartedly embrace Ramadan while fasting alone and yet still being thankful made me more grateful for the blessings I have in my life. Life is about doing the best with what you have and leaving the rest with Allah. It's not about comparison or wanting what others have but rather remembering the *true* meaning behind your life..that we were all created for the sole purpose of worshiping Allah. Yes, sister the first day is the hardest, due to our body adjusting to the fasting. You'll be fine after the first 2 to 3 day. Don't give up the blessing is too great to give away.
