I'm surprised noone talks about this scooter more. Really great build quality and performance in such a portable package. Have 400 miles on mine already
Would you mind telling me how much this scooter costs please? I tried looking into it on the company's website, but where the price should be, it just says "sold out".
@@TheSixthSLoT the price changes a lot. I bought mine for 2.2k. It was on sale for 999 recently
Its water resistance is absolutely awfull thats why. Even xiaomis are so much better.
Merry Christmas 🎄🎁 RK9 Rides
We haven't reviewed a Dualtron Scooter yet, but they look really cool.
The bright neon green color they have for that Rovoron Kullter looks insane.
Happy New Year man!
Hi! I’m thinking about getting the Apollo 2023 city pro but I don’t know how it rides. So could you maybe test out the new Apollo 2023 city pro
What’s better this or the Blade X
Both are on sale for $1000 bucks
But which one is also more portable
opinion on the urbanglide ecross pro(im looking to buy it)
This looks like an upgrade of the speedway V which is now discontinued. Also, it's now on sale for $999 which is a complete steal.
Why is it on such a discount? Something might be faulty
@@jasondefelice2710 Most likely due to large inventory that they need to get rid of to make room for newer models next year. This scooter is not selling as well as their other lineup like the Dualtrons. Seriously doubt minimotors is going to sell something that is faulty or they'd get sued. Anyways, I just bought one since my speedway V battery just died after 5 years and a replacement battery won't be available for months. The price was too good to pass up. Only the green and black ones are available now. The white and blue ones are now sold out.
@jasondefelice2710 end of year, discontinuing the model, nothing more I think. Amazing for the price, as far as I can tell for $999 Nothing comes close Anywhere.
@@auck1969 I ordered the green one on 12/21/23 and it arrived a week later. You probably should call them. I also noticed that all of their clearance sales have sold out so maybe they sold out the black one.
@@jasondefelice2710nothing faulty, they just needed space in the warehouse and wanted them gone.
Please review the revrun fighter 10 and the bluetran lightning.
This scooter is amazing. It felt very intuitive and easy to ride. The build quality is very impressive
Still love my nami klima max 30ah 😊😊
Thanks for introducing this scooter to me. It seemed like a dream out of reach due to affordability. But the Black Friday price made it too hard to pass up.
Do you know of a way to turn off the rgb swag lights? The included remote doesn't seem to do anything. I'll replace the battery in it to see if that is the problem :)
And... this scooter is amazing!!!
I had to adjust the acceleration and turn off the e braking because out of the gate, the handling was too jerky. I may try setting ebrake to 1 instead of zero and go back to 3 out of 5 on acceleration. Right now it works well though. At 3 I can match cars that aren't gunning it. At the 2nd lowest setting I am barely slower than cars off the line. Safer but not so slow to annoy impatient drivers.
The steering notch took some getting used to but the cornering at high speed is really nice. I don't quite have full confidence in it but I have enough to go into the street a lot more. This helps with avoiding all manner of debris and hazards in the bike lanes. (and dog walkers, and cars weaving into the lane)
I have a better light from my prior scooter. I just need to find a good place to put it. There isn't a lot of room on the folding handlebars.
Get this scooter while it is still on sale for $1599! Especially since you can finance it and then pay it off early to avoid most of the finance charges :)
As you see the remote control is using infrared sensors meaning you need to point out to a specific direction to the scooter which is left side of the clamp.
There is also a button underneath the deck next to the charging ports you can turn on/off 😉
(All in the manual instructions that came in the box 🤓)
Just ordered one In blue. They are currently 999$ to good to pass on
I ordered one a few days ago in black because I like that color.
I ordered a black one on Saturday. How long did it take to get yours.
I ordered on December 23 arrives January 2
You better rub these cables with sillicone or waterproof adhesive. It does extremely bad under rain. Even small rain. Awfull.
@@ouziou1 thanks for the suggestion
It's on sale for $999 now
hey, honestly looking to buy the Solar P1 Pro, would you recommend anything else for the same price?
Depends what you value the most. If you want the most speed for the money then the P1 is the way to go, but I think there are scooters that feel better and are higher quality at the price. The Apollo City Pro and Varla Eagle One 2.0 are two that I like a bit more overall, and if you are willing to spend up to $2000-$2200 then you get into some of the best models on the market imo, like the ones I listed at the end of this video.
@@RK9Rides i really like the Apollo City Pro, so I might get either the P1 Pro or the Apollo City Pro. thanks!
at this price point , would you go with the Rovoron Kullter, or the maxfun pro??
Maxfun 100%. Buddy has the Kullter, it's fun to ride no doubt. But Maxfun is next level suspension smoothness, smoother acceleration (sinewave controllers), has waaaaay sleeker design as well as display panel. I got my Maxfun 2 weeks ago and have 0 regrets.
Maxfun support has been some of the best I've ever experienced.
How could you not bring up the Vsett 10+? Better deal than all those scooters IMO. But that Kulter does look pretty sick!
Vsett 10+ from specs and what I have test rode is inferior in several ways to this scooter.
Vsett has tubed tires
Vsett is a few mph faster but needs special time limited boost mode to get there
Vsett has smaller batteries
Vsett doesn't lock the stem when folded
Vsett is heavier
Vsett the sale price is $100 more than the Rovoron's sale price (with the BF23 coupon)
I just bought it on sale for only $1,499. Will see how it goes when I get it.
Big Deal!!!!!
How is it so far
@@alen-commentnazi8774 I really like it so far. It crushes the hills and has blistering acceleration. If I ride on Eco mode which goes 25 mph, then I can go 55 miles on a charge. I'm glad I chose it over others because scooters with these specs are often 20 pounds heavier.
@@alen-commentnazi8774 it's only $1000 on minimotors website refurbished
In your opinion is this a better fo sf,ca. hills or Apollo City Pro both are similar in $$$:?
battery size not in the same league
@@ttsky126what you mean?
Can you recommend a lightweight portable scooter that can reach speeds of 45-50mph that weigh less than 80lbs?
75lbs is lightweight for that speed range.
Doesn’t the wheel get slippery?
It's a speedway 5, with a new stem, kick plate and more speed.
NICE
Is this faster than a klima or no ? In terms of torque and acceleration
Klima by far but also you dont need powerful scooters like klima. Too dangerous in cities
@@ouziou1 you don't, I don't live in a city. I went with a dulatron storm limited
What is the IPx rating for this ? Thanks !
It doesn’t have one as it’s not waterproof
@@KingCashBackup The Rovoron Kullter Luxury has an IP65 rating. That means it's water resistant, but not submersible, better than nothing.
At this price, it's the 24Ah Dualtron Spider MK3 for me
at this price point , would toy go with the Rovoron Kullter, or the maxfun pro??
@@audiaprilia : The former. You have to look further down the line. The RK is part of the Minimotors family, while the Maxfun is an unknown brand to most people. Try to stick to known brands. Lesser known brands will not have the same backup
@@robinarden8877typically I'd agree, but Maxfun is proving to be a leader overall (product and support) and is consistently quick and professional on any support related topic.
It’s freaking $1000 right now!
Yea, I really want that thing now since it has that amazing deal even though I’m not in a good financial situation.
Cool Scooter but for this price this cheap suspension .... EXA 291R or something like this would look so much better and feel of course ! but not impossible to upgrade by urself but sad for the price. other specs are good
It’s 999$ now
$999 on sale is a must buy???
Its an absurdly cheap price for this scooter
No ip rating :/
Never a good sign
That's far from best looking... the best looking now is the segway gt 2
I agree, the GT2 is another good-looking scooter, its just a little bulky for me to say its the best-looking
😂😅😂 . I wished my scooter could turn heads , but will still be turning its wheels far far into the future!
Comes with only 30 days warranty! F... That!
🤣🤣🤣
They are clearing out inventory, hence the big discount and shorter warranty
If you bought my scooter? It's basically future proof! You will always be able to buy any parts, because it can fit e motorcycle controllers / or whatever size you want to make it ! The most versatile thing in the world!
My guy I wanted to ask this for some time. What do you do? Are you the secret son of Jeff Bezos? Because these scooters ain’t cheap.
They get it shipped free if they do a video review
@@SmartContractHaxoryeah but he has a lot of scooters on his own too.
Ill stick to my e bike
paid sales ad. "a steal"
Not paid! Just my own opinion
Why has this scooter had such a price drop? from $2800 to $750 very suspicious !!!!!! why such a price drop ?
It's $750 off. The price is $1999
$750?? Where?? 😊
Pay attention, dummy. 🙄
terrible take its a good name my guy
I'm with you on the trigger throttle. I have also used a twist grip throttle on my first scooter.
