It’s hilarious how Leo really despised Z-Arc so much yet he did the exact same thing that he did in the past, also if he really cared about his home town and his daughter (Ray) he should’ve left the dimensions alone so Zarc wouldn’t resurrect. And I DESPISED Ray from the beginning Ray didn’t care about her inter dimensional halves, (Yuzu, Serena, Rin, and Ruri) she thinks that she is the “only” one that can stop Zarc when she hasn’t done a thing throughout this entire season and Yuzu tried to calm Yuya down but it didn’t work thanks to Leo worsening the situation and Ruri screaming just because of her hand disappearing, Ray said “you don’t know that!” (i know Riley was the one who said that but technically Ray reminded her that) when Declan said “so you are okay with Zuzu being gone?” When literally Celina, Rin, and Lulu got erased, Ray barely had any confidence in Yuya resisting Zarc, she wasn’t worried at all about the people that got harmed because of Leo, and she went out to face Zarc again without a plan. All I’m saying is Leo may point fingers at Z-Arc and his inter dimensional halves but he is the true reason Z-Arc ever resurrected in the first place 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
Leo also isn't good at organizing. I mean he sent Roger into the Synchro Dimension to prepare the invasion. So I guess he knows how cunning Roger is (because thats can be the reason he was sent in the first place) so why didn't he supervised him? By giving him so much space for doing what ever he want's it was only a matter of time he would betray Leo. Or the thing with Dennis. It was part of the plan that Dennis would join the Lancers so why he didn't inform Roger and Dennis about each other? What comminication issues and lack of good planing are going on here?

The dumbest antagonist Ever like. I'd like to believe in my own headcanon the bracelet girls were also meant to purify Zarcs reincarnated counterparts of the darkness within them so by any chance Zarc does revive he'll revive as his old self but due to Leo being desperate for his daughter back he fucks up her plan and pretty much allowed the Yu boys to meet very early than expected which caused the Revival of the Supreme King Dragon Z-ARC to be inevitable.

Cuzeg Spiked well I think that Either A. Zarc created them if you wanna know why check out yugioh everything's video on why the previous protagnists are not in arc-v or B. They are descendants of the characters from their previous shows,it happened with Goku and Vegeta jr. in DBGT so it could happen with Crow Jack and every other legacy character in arc-v
That's because standard dimension = yugioh duel monsters world. Hence the original KC duel disks before leo's meddling as well as the brief cameo of tetsu ushio/trudge. It's just technology was sped up a good hundred years or so due to leo's meddling + unlike the other 3 dimensions the standard dimension arc takes place in a different city than duel monsters' domino city.
I would say that Leo Akaba is at least 50 both because of Ray and the new timeline in which another 14 years pass. Lets say he is 40 in the original timeline which is average considering that Ray is at least 14 plus the extra 14 years would put him around 54 which considering his total lack of hair makes a lot of sense. That being said I do suspect that Ray is a lot older, although that might just be an artistic choice.
He was heartless at first when his daughter took on hard when he regain his memories to utilize the revival zero he didn't blame it all lead to the destruction of Heartland causing the bad invasion and zarc leading to the dimensional duel to destroy the universe after the ceremonial duel he redeem his ways.

He is one of the most petty, dumb, and evil villains in yugioh his motives are understandable but the methods he takes are cruel. He does not see the reincarnates as their own person and he could have solved his problems with other mains without suffering. I Know I'm A Little Late To This, But... Leo Akaba Is Only Doing What's Necessary To Bring His Daughter Back... Even If It Means Making Z-Arc Whole Again After Rey Split Him Into Four Along With Herself And The Original Dimension
Yeah he was incredibly stupid. The only reason that zarc was reviving is that he became finding and reviving ray, and he never realized that if he'd just let everything go than zarc would never have been reawaken because he left to take over duel academy to find his daughter, but only found a peace of her, he then then decided to attack the other dimensions just to revive ray. This caused his son, and yushow to look for him. And this caused yuya's and the other yu boys darkness to awaken cause his influence and his minions to corrupt the other dimensions. And this is why zarc was reviving. So if he didn't became overly obessed to return things back to the way they were ( which is impossible) zarc wouldn't have been revive. But of course if he hadn't, then pendulum summoning would never have been born.
Tbh I think it would just at another time when Yuya's in an important duel and his father cheers him on to always smile which would awaken Pendulum Summoning, yes I know Zarcs soul being roused played a factor but that'll be another way for it to rouse to awaken the Summoning mechanic. The issue is Dimension Hoping wouldn't be a technological thing and the only way I see Zarc reviving is at a later date when Yuya's Pendulum summoning evolves and becomes complete that's when Odd-Eyes like Clear Wing, Starve Venom, and Dark Rebellion sends Yuya into other dimensions. My headcanon is if the bracelet girls become a positive influence on the boys purifying them of darkness, by the time they become one Zarc won't be evil hell I think like Sora in Kingdom Hearts he'd have their memories and souls inside his and he'd work on a way to bring the boys back

The reason he was able to do the things he did was because he literally saw reality and almost everyone in it (other than his son and the fragments of his faughter) as fake. They didn't even really exist as far as he was concerned.
Leo's actions were entirely selfish. He wanted his cake and eat it to. But failing to understand that his actions not only had consequences but was also repeating them with little change, utterly redundant. He never even needed to conquer the other dimensions to reunite them, as all that did was build up resentment in everyone so that they would reject his ideals. As using a legion of duelists doesn't make for a compelling argument. He had practically brainwashed those who served under him in the fusion dimension into violent sociopaths with allowing them to lash out at people from other dimensions to their hearts content. Leo's ideals pretty much no longer mattered to those in fusion, as the denizens of the fusion dimension now despised everyone else for not being from their dimension.
The thing that annoys me the most is that he was never punished by others for his actions. The only punishment was having to live with the consequences and never succeding his hypocritical/selfish goals. The damage he done throughout the dimensions ESPECIALLY the Xyz dimension were quite irreparable. Cities can be rebuilt, lives may go back to normal, but the psychological effects would forever scar those who were affected. I really hate how they handled the ending for his character. I mean Kurosaki really deserved the chance to punch Leo but Konami really said, "Yeah, naw. We're just gonna have him live with the consequences and never explore said consequences

Semi-related, I was really frustrated with Riley at the end of this series lol. "Nyeh nyeh nyeh he's family." And they kind of expect you to just get on board with sacrificing the four girls because Riley said so and I'm like "uh, no. F*ck you Riley. They're people now with their own lives. You don't have a right to sacrifice them to bring somebody back who willingly sacrificed themselves." And it didn't really seem like Zarc would've actually come back if the Professor had never interfered to begin with??? The whole ending of Arc V just felt super rushed. Maybe if they didn't spend 5 episodes on Battle Beast????

That's because standard dimension = yugioh duel monsters world. Hence the original KC duel disks before leo's meddling as well as the brief cameo of tetsu ushio/trudge. It's just technology was sped up a good hundred years or so due to leo's meddling + unlike the other 3 dimensions the standard dimension arc takes place in a different city than duel monsters' domino city.
I would say that Leo Akaba is at least 50 both because of Ray and the new timeline in which another 14 years pass. Lets say he is 40 in the original timeline which is average considering that Ray is at least 14 plus the extra 14 years would put him around 54 which considering his total lack of hair makes a lot of sense. That being said I do suspect that Ray is a lot older, although that might just be an artistic choice.

I Know I'm A Little Late To This, But... Leo Akaba Is Only Doing What's Necessary To Bring His Daughter Back... Even If It Means Making Z-Arc Whole Again After Rey Split Him Into Four Along With Herself And The Original Dimension
Yeah he was incredibly stupid. The only reason that zarc was reviving is that he became finding and reviving ray, and he never realized that if he'd just let everything go than zarc would never have been reawaken because he left to take over duel academy to find his daughter, but only found a peace of her, he then then decided to attack the other dimensions just to revive ray. This caused his son, and yushow to look for him. And this caused yuya's and the other yu boys darkness to awaken cause his influence and his minions to corrupt the other dimensions. And this is why zarc was reviving. So if he didn't became overly obessed to return things back to the way they were ( which is impossible) zarc wouldn't have been revive. But of course if he hadn't, then pendulum summoning would never have been born.
Tbh I think it would just at another time when Yuya's in an important duel and his father cheers him on to always smile which would awaken Pendulum Summoning, yes I know Zarcs soul being roused played a factor but that'll be another way for it to rouse to awaken the Summoning mechanic. The issue is Dimension Hoping wouldn't be a technological thing and the only way I see Zarc reviving is at a later date when Yuya's Pendulum summoning evolves and becomes complete that's when Odd-Eyes like Clear Wing, Starve Venom, and Dark Rebellion sends Yuya into other dimensions.
My headcanon is if the bracelet girls become a positive influence on the boys purifying them of darkness, by the time they become one Zarc won't be evil hell I think like Sora in Kingdom Hearts he'd have their memories and souls inside his and he'd work on a way to bring the boys back

The reason he was able to do the things he did was because he literally saw reality and almost everyone in it (other than his son and the fragments of his faughter) as fake. They didn't even really exist as far as he was concerned.

Leo's actions were entirely selfish. He wanted his cake and eat it to. But failing to understand that his actions not only had consequences but was also repeating them with little change, utterly redundant. He never even needed to conquer the other dimensions to reunite them, as all that did was build up resentment in everyone so that they would reject his ideals. As using a legion of duelists doesn't make for a compelling argument. He had practically brainwashed those who served under him in the fusion dimension into violent sociopaths with allowing them to lash out at people from other dimensions to their hearts content.
Leo's ideals pretty much no longer mattered to those in fusion, as the denizens of the fusion dimension now despised everyone else for not being from their dimension.

The thing that annoys me the most is that he was never punished by others for his actions. The only punishment was having to live with the consequences and never succeding his hypocritical/selfish goals. The damage he done throughout the dimensions ESPECIALLY the Xyz dimension were quite irreparable. Cities can be rebuilt, lives may go back to normal, but the psychological effects would forever scar those who were affected. I really hate how they handled the ending for his character. I mean Kurosaki really deserved the chance to punch Leo but Konami really said, "Yeah, naw. We're just gonna have him live with the consequences and never explore said consequences

And they kind of expect you to just get on board with sacrificing the four girls because Riley said so and I'm like "uh, no. F*ck you Riley. They're people now with their own lives.
