No doubt, Bamboo has immense potential in carbon sequestration, but we will have to wait for Govt of India's detailed guidelines on Carbon Credits, which may be released anytime this year. For the International Voluntary Carbon Market, you may check out with some consulting organizations like VNV Advisory or Intellcap etc to check whether your particular project can be considered for claiming Carbon credits.

The Indian government is in the process of formulating policy to develop Carbon Credit Market in India.... I think you should wait for some more time to get better clarity.... Alternatively, you may also take the help of some consultants like EKI Energy to explore possibilities and registration of the project ....
