No, after rinsing it off the skin, it shouldn't leave a film on the skin's surface. However, I can also highly recommend using soft washcloths in between to make sure that everything comes off the skin properly.

i have closed comedones and i popped them i regret it now i have marks on my face but i think that i got those bumps cause of the products i used so i stopped using sun screen and all those things idk if thats a good decision im 16 and before i started taking care of my skin i had CLEAR GLASS SKIN i was just using spf and wash it with soap and disnt even put moisturizer after,and now that i tried my skin looked awful.:(
