Paintball Training episode 7. Crawling for Speed

In this video I’m working on developing a snake crawling technique that Im calling sprint crawling. I will be tilting my hips to the side and use both legs to push me down the snake.

Pretty sure you know by now, but the top shell of the 1st Gen CTRL hoppers were redesigned, as they were having a lot of issues with lids popping open. A lip was added to the latch point for the lid, which secures it down better.

dont wait to slow ur slide down. slide straight into ur crawl. use toes and dog and left off arm to grab. should look and feel smooth. just how u say u want to stay low as possible try my technique. dont turn it into two parts make one. you thank me at the end.
