also another tip, when looting like you did at 5:38, keep your bag out instead of taking it out and putting it back in again, that zipper is super loud and has screwed me over multiple times by drawing enemies to me
i feel you on the shaking part lol. i would be in a firefight with nothing but a pistol and a backpack. then if i win, i’ve got to worry about how i’m gonna take all this loot
Haha for real. I immersive myself way too much sometimes which gets my heart racing. I love these types of games in VR. Realistic, and survival based. The loot is also what I worry about after because some people have a lot of stuff they bring in.
I'm glad you like it! Thank you so much for the support! I thought about making one or two videos with commentary for variety, but I enjoy making these with captions way more.
Hopefully they'll have added some quality of life updates that makes the gameplay smoother at the end of the year. I've had trouble with multiple aspects of the game when I playtested for about two hours. Great potential, just not there yet.
Agreed. I still had fun on it, but I also felt like it was lacking in a lot of areas. If they can polish it up even in the next couple of months, this game will be a bigger success. The full game now is even buggier than the playtest somehow. It is also missing content. You can find a box of .50AE, but yet there's no firearms that take that round yet. There is even a mission to get kills on Fenix with every firearm category, but yet they don't even have LMG's, so you can't complete the challenges.
Yup and it is still happening in the full game. It is a bit annoying now. I keep losing a round which can potentially save my life during an encounter. Still like the game but they need to fix chamber checks.
After watching this I'm now gonna get Tabor, I just wasn't sure if it would have the same feel as tarkov (Since I pretty much only play tarkov) but just from that first interaction I can tell it's just as much of a horror game as tarkov is. Also thanks for the tips!
You're welcome! I'm glad this video was able to help you decide! It's definitely a fun extraction shooter and an immersive horror game at the same time. It gets very intense sometimes. The game is also getting better each day because of the dedicated dev team.
This game is more effective than any horror game, vr or not, in making you feel genuinely terrified. I play this with a friend and it is chilling when you’re talking to them and then suddenly they stop responding
Haha, that would be nuts! I haven't even thought about that. Now I feel bad for gunfighting more than 2 people. That is awesome to know, however. I completely agree that it's quite terrifying. Especially when you have a bunch of loot you want and you're half health with hardly any ammo.
I wear an external headset so it's quite loud. Not ear damaging loud, but it's loud enough to scare me, haha. Sometimes, even NPC's talking scare me if they are close enough.
Thanks, man! And hopefully, your videos turn out great! Expect the game to throw some curve balls at you. Guns disappearing, crashing, arms losing life, etc. Other than that, it's an amazing game.
At 5:54, that’s an SKS… which is semi-auto. Was that just you squeezing and being right at the actuator on the trigger button, causing it to fire again rapidly, or do they already have modded VR controllers?
The way he just keeps pulling something from disconnected guy's bag, then putting his gun away, getting the bag out, putting the item in, then putting the bag away, then getting the gun out again, just to grab another item and do it over again? Like 4 freakin times? What the hell u doing to me
LMAO my apologize. I realized while editing how annoying that was. The reason for it was that I wanted to be ready incase he reconnects or something. Funny that you mention that.

I don’t get it I see other people doing this to why don’t you aim down the sights when you’re shooting especially in the long range fights when you have you’re entire arm in the way and can’t see anything
Haha, this is a common mistake on the recording end. Oculus screen mirror shows both eye views of the game where the left eye is dominant. That means you are not seeing the game through my perspective entirely. In my eyes, I am looking down the sights at all times. I started fixing this issue by setting up screen mirroring to show my right eye now. Keep up to date with my videos, and you'll see more proper gameplay now.

is there wallbangs?
I haven't tried it yet. Shooting through "some" type of glass seem to work but I don't know about wallbangs. Should be possible with the M82A1 (which they have in the game).
In the closed beta you will be able to shoot through some objects I’m pretty sure, It will just depends on what gun you are using.
Why after you not aiming down sights? Your holding thr gun so odd... kinda sus
Alright, I'm starting to think you guys are all trolling me now. Why is everyone asking this but not reading the comments? Haha :'D
