My heart chakra needs work, and it is perhaps generational. Of my nine siblings, one is in a happy, healthy relationship. I have been alone for 40 plus years but my last three relationships have been with narcissists. I attract them, for some reason, and I so want someone to share the rest of my life with. I feel like I have had blockages in each of my chakras at different times, sometimes more than one at a time. I know I have environmental traumas affecting me. But I actually burst into tears when you mentioned generational. I think this may be my bigger problem. As for unblocking....being alone, music and nature seem to help me. Thank you for this! Every morning I have memory flashbacks I can sense coming directly into the left side of my brain (left ear chakra?). I've heard these called ANTS (automatic negative thoughts). A memory of my late mother or sister, or something I did back when I was 3, comes back powerfully detailed as though it happened a minute ago. And often I wish I could 'fix' whatever it was... I've heard we should have a positive 'mantra' to counteract, so mine is now "Brighter Thoughts". I find improvising & creating music with outstanding musicians lifts my spirits up to a whole new level. That, and laughter!

Reason being is, as a critical thinker, i seriously have difficulties in sitting for even a short 5mins for meditation. Im not able to identify intuitions, im unable to even manifest. 3rd Eye & Crown are blocked. I've worked on this for several months, even trying your 3rd eye message method. I'm just learned yesterday I respond well to the tapping method, I've known grounding is imperative for me. Prior to march 2020 since 2017 I was making choices that were changing my feelings about myself, my life and opened up my heart to love...how invinsible I felt. Everything seemed easy and I even began to dream and desire for my own happiness...I manifested one big part of my new dream during Covid but it set me back through behaviours I picked up on, energies, exposure to new toxic energies and I became another person..like possessed by so much negativity its like pandoras box shooting out all kinds of emotions, behaviours...almost like everything I experienced by people that hurt me in my life all came up and I lost everything, job, home, income, and felt attact by people for my choices and circumstances that were the result of choosing a path and trusting that somehow it will work out, I manifested this huge opportunity but it brough only rejection, loss, lack, blame, and isolation, freezed with no idea what to do. Money issues, debts and no inflow of cash became the issue and blame that brought this dark times that affected that I think was a manifestation from Source but how could it become hell? Awakening, darknight of soul? Seeing gliches in reality? Entering twilight zone where all I saw around me was the darkwst sides of society?! I lost energy and everyday I thank for the food and money that came to me but it is like a battle and I am really greatful for thw blessings in the midst of all this. I have the most amazing surroundings with nature, a lake, wind, health and I really believe there must be a way to attract the rest of the dream i originally created b4 purging, clearing, connecting to angels/Universe and worked within and chakras became free but there is this part that keeps challenging the balance I am working toward..sometimes it feels easy to ignore and other times like it feels like I just wonder what the purpose is for this?
